The only two people in that group that attacked the actual issue were the brunette woman who would not cheat, and in the second video, the black man with the dreadlocks that really highlighted that racism is not something separate from prejudice, it's still social prejudice, it's just much more difficult to hide than other prejudices are.

After this, people look at the black population in prison, which is disproportionate to society, and conclude "blacks are doing all the crime!" I noticed this recently with the white drunk driver who ran over the kids in Gorgia. White jury convicted the kids' black MOTHER of homicide!

And I have no intention of this sounding racist but there is also a matter of realistic representation- IF there are more black committing crimes then the media can't attempt to skew it to please people.

@JermzzzyFTW actually, there are many many more White people committing crimes. statistically, Whites commit MOST of the crimes, yet are arrested less, convicted less, sentenced to shorter terms, and serve less actual prison time than people of color. the media can and does skew what it shows to drive viewers and make money. thats what media is all about. did you see how much coverage there was of the Kardashian wedding? its about MONEY, the media shows what sells.

@Lyney84bcfc That's not what she thinks, and the people themselves say that in Britain racism is a lot more subtle in its racism. The main part was seeing how the blue-eyed people reacted with complete denial and hostility when the possibility of there still being racism in Britain. Take yourself for example, because you don't see it happening overtly and constantly, racism against non-whites is "just complete rubbish."
Refusing to even acknowledge a problem is in itself a problem.

Iv'e been ton a coup,e of "racial awaremess" courses and found them interesting, thought provoking and challenging.
But this is none of those things. It's just pointless.
You teaches absolutely nothing. Theres is no point at which he engages anyone in the room.
She considers herself the soul racialy aware white person in the world and such is prejudiced toward all other white people in the assumption that they are all racists.
It's as shocking as it is pointless.

@T1T4N100 In Britain, she showed more how unwilling the blue-eyed people were to even acknowledge that racism was a problem anymore. She doesn't consider herself the "sole racially-aware white person" in the world, but in this small group she could not get the blue-eyed people to put themselves into the shoes of an oppressed minority for even half a day.
The one old lady was comparing rugby clothes to being black. That in itself should speak volumes about why she still does this exercise.

Racist or not. I know black people are responsible for 100% of the violent rape in my countries capital for the last few years (from a news segment). They're also responsible for most other crime in the country. It's hard not to grow up to feel these people are animalistic

@scullyy but whenever a black man commits a crime, it generally perceived that this "uncontrollable criminal-minded behavior" is due to this "curse" of having blackness. you fail to see how the media is racist itself in the sense that it focuses more on the behaviors of black than it does on whites. and this, of course, is due to white invisibility. if you live in a prominantly white country with very few blacks, you will be blind to what crimes the white men and women will do and focus more...

@scullyy You are wrong. The report said that "non-western foreign males" are responsible for violent rapes in Oslo. Your own blatant racism against blacks projected "non-western" to mean "black" when the reality is "Middle-Eastern Islamic." Since a couple of the suspects are Somali, that means that a fraction of them are darker than others, but that is not what led to their belief that women are objects. YOUR feeling that dark skin makes them "animalistic" is YOUR choice.
