omg just want to say that i just made a chicken soup and followed ur recipe step by stem and i gotta say IT TASTES FREAKING AMAZZZZIIIING TYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im still confused on some parts sorry im a novice at cooking . when making chicken stock we dont put the whole chicken correct? so. once section the chicken we cook the thighs and legs separately with flower?. i dont know if i made sense lol.sorry.
Steve, Is the stock what you made your self. The recipe that you use in your other video. In your opinion would you recommend only chicken breast meat used instead of thighs or legs? Thank you for your input.
@mistressinthemaking For this particular video recipe..I used a stock cube...but normally I would make my own chicken stock for this soup. As for the meat..its personal preference...sometimes I use the thighs and legs to get more flavor along with the chicken breast.
