Sony Ericsson Aino Review

aino was probbably my worst phone ever!

but the built quality is good

from the first day i have it its lagg

so what i did is send it back to sony and they replace it with new one

and it still lags so i updated the firmware but it still laggs so what i did is

i bough a nokia n8 which is desame time that my mom bought me that iphone 4

i have all three phones but the aino is only used for emergency purpose

because it laggs

When my dad was going to buy me a new phone, years ago, he was debating either the original Samsung Galaxy Icon, or this Aino. I am so glad he chose the Galaxy. This looks crap.

I have been using this phone for 12 months it occassionaly locks up the front screen needing reboot. Sometimes when in pants pocket it starts playing music by itself even with the screen "locked" Camera quality is good provided you don't zoom too much. Front screen is only for taking pics and looking at them, playing music or videos and listening to radio.

Wouldn't be special if you could use touchscreen. This way it could keep its Java OS.

I used to have this phone. The camera is 8.1MP but very bad quality (K770i is better), WiFi is very slow. So I sold it and kept my W880i.

all aino reviews i watch say that the touch screen ONLY workd with the dedicated multimedia menu and call answerin and alarm clock...

bu none of them say that it also works with some applications..

for example opera mini... and some games aswell...

I'd like to know more about its connectivity with PS3 because it's the only reason I'm gonna buy it. I heard some connection problems occur when you connect it to your PS3, which might make me forget about buying this mobile.

@meghterb I have this phone, you can use WiFi to connect to your ps3 or a mobile network, it has HSDPA and mine is pretty fast, i have no connection problems with it.

i have this phone it is actually pretty gd if your smart and search around about you would find that you can download other features for the touchscreen such as mini opera web user and ebuddy hope this helps anyone thinkin of gettin this phone =)

Having a phone with touch screen and a keypad is more easier when come to driving. I think not a lot of person will know how it's feel when message comes to you and you couldn't reply it.

but the iphone's camera isn'T as best as the satios kamera.-

when you want to take much photos than i should thake the satio.

when you want to surf in the internet than the iphone.

trailrail no you cant play on your PS3 with the phone but you can play music and show pictures anywhere in the world thats on the PS3 whitout the devices being connected

Great phone, I love the screen, very sensitive..

I´m going to trade my Satio for this one, I miss std buttons to much.

And the menu system in S-E´s is the best, really logical and easy to use, not like the Nokia-Symbian in my Satio... Reeeaaally unlogical! (The main 5-tab menu is as easy as it can be though)

Being both touch AND have real buttons makes it really great! If you want touch only where you have to point at everything, well you´re looking at the wrong device..
