My music teacher showed us some blast videos in music class and when I was on the bus my friends and I made fun of the way they said blue and violet. Then I kept doing the red move. Everybody in class was like, "Why woukd she show us that?!" It was hilarious. Also, today Lance and Lindsay from Blast came to my school and they played the french horn and drum part from Bolero. :)

I was a brass player in Blast years ago. This number changed completely (for the better) for the North American production, but yes they are lip syncing.  The cast members themselves made the voice recordings, but they do not have body mikes during the show. Only the horns and drums are miked.

the girl who keeps saying "red" was really annoying I'm not gonna lie. But everything else was very good. I like how the guard was really involved in the music becuase they had to say the color instead of just acting it out. I find that to be very important in a guard show. Very pleasing aesthetically too.

I see more to this video. Ok the look at the how they say they're color. Violet, an expressionate color so look at way she says violet. Blue is a complex color so she says Ba-lue which more complex than saying blue. Green Symbolizes simplicity so the she simply & calmness. Orange is a fierce color so she says is with a fierce tone. Yellow is a loud color so the girl says Yellow loudly and red is a passionate color so the girl says RRREd passionately. Its just what I see in their dialect tone so
