Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin are both shorter than Frank Mir. At the UFC 81 and UFC 100 staredown, Brock is shorter than Mir. Brock may appear bigger because back then Mir was 245 pounds. With his added weight, Mir looks tall. However, Mir is still shorter than Kongo who's a legit 6'4" or 6'5" depending who you ask.
seeing that this is a REAL sport and not some scripted story telling, they should give accurate measurments. Brock and Mir are both listed at 6'3" even though there is a 1.5 inch difference in height.
Carwin is 6'1, Mir is 6'1, Brock is 6'2...UFC seems to be like WWE when it comes to heights..they have Steven Struve listed as 6'11 when is is 6'8 max.
They do this with A LOT of fighters in the UFC, ESPECIALLY the lightweights. They are always saying someone is 5'9 - 5'10 but then they stand next to someone who is REALLY 5'10 and they are 4 inches shorter. My theory is take whatever height they say someone is and subtract about 2 inches from it. So someone who is listed as 5'6 is really about 5'4-5'5 and someone who is listed 6'4 is probably 6'2". Even Wes Sims said he is only 6'6-6'8 NOT 6'11 or whatever. This is done with actors too.

Apparently they have a prototype waiting to go on the market for the penis. It will help you gain up to 6 inches on your penis size although its fully adjustable. You havent heard of it? Strange.

It's funny, I was just thinking the same thing about Shane being listed at 6'5 and yet at the weigh in with Mir he was at least an inch shorter when they were squared up. I remember meeting Mike Tyson yrs ago in his prime and he's NOT 5'11. He's more like 5'91/2 to 5'10. I met Lennox Lewis also and he's every bit of his listed hieght of 6'5!

Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin are both shorter than Frank Mir. At the UFC 81 and UFC 100 staredown, Brock is shorter than Mir. Brock may appear bigger because back then Mir was 245 pounds. With his added weight, Mir looks tall. However, Mir is still shorter than Kongo who's a legit 6'4" or 6'5" depending who you ask.

They do this with A LOT of fighters in the UFC, ESPECIALLY the lightweights. They are always saying someone is 5'9 - 5'10 but then they stand next to someone who is REALLY 5'10 and they are 4 inches shorter. My theory is take whatever height they say someone is and subtract about 2 inches from it. So someone who is listed as 5'6 is really about 5'4-5'5 and someone who is listed 6'4 is probably 6'2". Even Wes Sims said he is only 6'6-6'8 NOT 6'11 or whatever. This is done with actors too.

All I know is Carwin is not 6'5". He's 6'2" or 6'3" at the most. Goldberg is probabally 6'2". All I know is Goldberg is about2 inches taller than Kimbo Slice. Kimbo Slice is listed as 6'2" and he appeas the same height as Roy Nelson who's listed as 6'0". The heights are exaggerated in the UFC but not weights. FYI Hogan is 6'3" or 6'4" tops.

I have run into Goldberg a few times at Mopar shows and I am just as tall if not taller, and I swear dude is only 6' at best. I a always measure 5' 11'' and he might be a little taller.
they listed Hulk Hogan at 6' 7'' back in the day and he is not even close. I think he is around 6' 4''.

I've seen GSP's reach quoted at 74, 75 and 76.
One thing of note with the height. A 5'10 man will shrink about 0.3 of an inch on any given day.
So I could see why we might have a one onch discrepancy in height in any given fighter. That doesn't account for Carwin's height mistake, of course.
But reach? Depends on how much they expand themselves, I suppose.

Ill watch it but im just saying that they are throwing out fights out more frequently but more is better. Coleman vs couture? I mean i feel 2 fights here could be good with carwin and alves and fitch but the most of the fights arent worth the ppv. I mean the barnett fedor fight was free and that was was better then most of the ufc big cards. Also dream and pancrase fights are free.
