No2# Cut the carbon/ glass fabric to the right size, place the joints/edges of the fabric on the "les visable place". Wet the fabric by hand with epoxy, wrap it around the mould. Put the mould in a sutable plastic bag. Vacuum the mould in the plastic bag with a vacuum cleaner. Cover/tape the tip of the vacuum cleaner tube with some old cloth, put a good bit of the same cloth in to the plastic bagg so it stops the resin from geting into the vacuum cleaner. "Digg out" the mould after it is cured
No 1# This is a "make it yourselfe at home" description. You need a mould. Make a it from styrofoam, then use a filler or plaster on the surface, grind the suface smooth, paint it with two layers of a water based paint. Ore wrap up the mould with a vacuum plastic foil, tape the edges use an ordinary 3M tape that used to be sold as "invisible tape" (It is resistant to solvents).
woow great patterns,pre pregged carbon I think? is the yellow fiber aramid? I was wondering how to make a triangular tube with stump edges (like some motorcycle muflers) by hand with vacuum resin injection.. any idea's? its a school project and I can't really find anything about it.. Thanks in advance
I could watch fillament winding all day, it's so mesmerizing.

Do you make these tubes? I am looking for carbon tubes for my speargun build that will resist bending and can handle abrasions from rock and coral.

@808BigShorty
Yes we do,
The best thing then will be to use a polyurethan top coat paint. But of course then the fiber look will not show thrue.
Another alternativ is transparent carpaint ore just epoxy
What tube size are you looking for?
