then wtf. my 1080i set shows me the 1080p option, why cant you?. anyways xbox 360 does 1080p or else it wouldnt even show you the option ( meaning it would only say to choose from 480p/720p/1080i). my dad has ( that he lets me use some times) a Samsung 1080p 62" DLP in the living room, and it gives me 1080p through my HDMI cable.
its ther but unselectable i cant select it (read other comments iv done some research and if ur tv shows the display rate xbox will not let u select anything above 1080i because if done ur tv will show that its not 1080p and only 1080i ill post a video explaining it in the few days
yea but the 1080p option is visible for me.and belive it or not there are some xbox 360 games that do native 1080p. Do you have xbox live? because the 1080p update was givin through an xbox live update. I dont know dude, but xbox 360 can do 1080p. My friend has 1080p setup with his xbox 360 and so do i ( whenever i get on my dads TV).

if u can ignore the noise and buy a new one every year and the lack of hd features like hddvd or bluray
to bad toshiba pulled out and said no more hddvd
i will not buy a xbox 360 because
1 failure rate
2 no real hd features
3 the lack of 1080p on my tv that says the display rate
4 the 11 mbps with wireless(dont tell me its more because its usb)
5 u pay to play online (i pay for internet should that not be enough?)
6 the lack of hard drive space (120 gb just not enough)(ps tells how in Manuel
