  • Will someone please get rid of this greedy pig! What a surprise, Senator Bob Corker, that you support this disaster. It is a well-known fact that you are a bought-and-paid for senator who even supports the usurious payday lending industry in exchange for political contributions and other favors. You are an eager, greedy paid lap-dog for the payday lending industry, especially the arrogant oaf W. Allan Jones and Check Into Cash. Resign. Please.

  • He's generally less doctrinaire than most Senate Republicans but his campaign against Harold Ford Jr. in 2006 was race baiting at its worst.

  • was he former Klan member??

  • Somebody get rid of this ass hole once and for all.....I'll donate 50 cents for this losers ass.

  • Business guy-Rich already....Not for the working man who are in unions..Should change his name to Senator Dorker instead...Keep the working man down more you jerk..We need to outsource his job for cheaper labor...

  • CORKER voted For GEITHNER even though Geithner CHEATED for years on his TAXES. Corker is just another MILLIONAIRE establishment shill. He's New World Order all the way.

  • The Preamble

  • I like his demeanor and ideas about the governments involvment in all of this.

  • Though I'm only mildly left of center here in The Netherlands, I'd probably be considered practically a communist in the US :-) I'm sure Senator Corker and I would disagree strongly on a number of issues (protecting the unborn and the right to bear arms!!) - but from this he sounds like a politician with a lot of integrity and someone who researches the issues he is responsible for very thoroughly and then moves ahead as he honestly believes is best for the country. I like him :)

  • I can see this man run for U.S President in 2012. Corker/McCain 2012!

  • What do you mean exactly?

  • I was only joking and that was just simply an emotional barb.

I am just frustrated at the GOP republican senators that stopped the bridge loan. I'm glad Bush supports it.

He said we wouldn't be here if it weren't for GM. No we wouldn't be here if it weren't for the financial crisis. If we lose the auto industry we lose the backbone of our manufacturing community and will simply be a Starbucks Nation. A nation of consumers.

They shouldn't be allowed to file for Chpt 11.

  • TBH i htink they should go 11. cause it will dissolve teh UAW contracts, which imo are partially responsible for thie situation tehy are in.. uaw said " we want" and you pay, and mgmt says " yessir!"
