thats horrible. your eggs should never "rip" or "tear". You put it on way too low of a heat. should be at almost at the highest setting. a little too much milk, and that was alot of salt for one omlette. ended up overcooked/"burnt" which is surprising since you cooked it on such a low heat. live and learn i guess

Yeah, it's overcooked and using processed cheese and lunch meat as filling is just nasty. You did actually do a good job of not breaking the omelet during the flip and plating though. I think with a little more practice with heat control, it would come out a lot better.

PS do not use that crap in your omelette most of all when this is a teaching video its a culinary no no , gotta be freash! again high heat and keep the pan moving an omelette should take 45-60 seconds if done right there will be know brown yet fully cooked!
