  • The famous 250 GT "Breadvan" Commissioned by Count Volpi, based on a 250 GT Berlineta short wheel, designed and built by Giotto Bizzarrini. The original car was chassis #2819GT.

    All because Enzo Ferreri decided NOT to sell a 250 GTO to the Count.

    It was never a Ferrari prototype as one has mentioned.

  • I rode as passenger in this protoype 250 for a few laps at Le Mans 1962 while there as pit crew for OSCA. Just knew that the car would not be produced. customan@aol.com
