  • Weirdest intermission i've ever seen.

  • Thank you for the mention. I'm currently looking for the VHS tape I mastered A NIGHT AT THE M78 from, perhaps I can post the Optigan footage withouit all the videocuts, perhaps giving you and driveinfilm a few more seconds to help you in your search of the 35mm original. My print was stolen.

  • I have a new restored video directly from the original 35mm negative under Driveinfilm.

  • A Vey Descent Old Intermission Ads! But Hey! Thanks For Uploading This!

  • I love the wood paneling behind the popcorn machine at 3:08.

  • Cool. I think I was the original uploader until YouTube deleted my old account. Glad to see I don't need to reup this one.

  • 1:51 The Pizza looks Burned.. lol

  • @a1cjlock They did say hot and crispy...

  • Love this clock. One of my faves of all time!!! Glad it's back up!

  • I saw an old 1920's /1930's magazine article (popular Mechanics or similar)

of a vacuum tube organ similar to the Optigan but used glass disks similar to the plastic Optigan disks

  • YES!!!! This was up a long long time ago but someone deleted it. Glad it's back up!

  • Thanks for bringing this favorite back to YouTube!!

  • Might have problems at certain points, but otherwise, the sound and video are pretty OK for its time. =)

  • The Optigan (portmanteau of "Optical Organ") went extinct in 1976. While they made great sounds, they were prone to breakdowns. Antiques of the Optigan have been used by Tom Waits, Devo and Fiona Apple.
