and also if you hold it in longer the different cannabinoids have more time to absorb as some do not absorb in the lungs as the very fat soluble THC is almost instantly. 3-4 seconds of holding in would get around 99% THC absorbed and about 95% absorbed other cannabinoids. if you want 100% you must ghost it which is 15-45 seconds of holding in and allthe smoke will be absorbed thus high as a mutha fucka and no smoke when exhaling
