To sharp a note, place it down on the line or space you want while holding down SHIFT. To flat a note, place it down on the line or space you want while holding down CTRL. To natural a note, place it down on the line or space you want without holding down any keys.

ummm u can change the tempo. just go well open the folders where u find the mario paint. and click pref then find the song u want to change. then click it. there should be a notepad. then scroll 2 the end and look at the last few numbers. thats the tempo. just change it. and save. and there u go.

Actually no I don't use mario paint I used to play it on the SNES when I was a kid. And doing it on the computer is much easier than the SNES and I know I wouldn't do as good as the people that makes these because I prefered to play the fly swatter game on MP instead.
