Holy sh*t, I paused the video and typed the comment below that I typed, I can't believe this guy didn't get a single point either, neither did I, and neither did any of my friends, 2 of which have schizoprenia and 2 who have legitimate back and knee problems. It proves that the DWP couldn't care less about us people who're really sick. So much for David Cameron saying the government would take care of us who suffer. I've been on disabilty benefits since 1998 because I was diagnosed with aspergers syndrome and tourettes. But with this new ESA benefit assessment, I paid £50 for my medical records and took my mum with me to the assessment and the medical professional didn't even read any of my medical records and didn't even listen to me. The report he wrote to the DWP was lies and I didn't even get 1 point. Now i'm being forced into work and i'm scared because i've been sacked from every job I ever had.

The British taxpayers spends much more money on foreign illegal wars and banks bailouts than welfare. Britain's welfare happens to be the least generous in Western Europe already. @iguanna41 And at the same time burn down the other offices! Unless you walk in the waiting room with an arrow sticking out of your head then they will probably turn you down. As for mental health care on this system they haven't got a clue! As long as you can touch your toes & wave your hands in the air your fit for work. It doesn't matter whether you might massacre all the staff or hang yourself in the warehouse.

I just won my second appeal against the ATOS decision this week! I'm due five months' back-pay... but I know they'll be on my back again within a matter of a couple of months and it'll all begin again! It really says something that ATOS gave me 0 points at their so-called 'medical assessment'... yet just two days ago the Judge and Doctor at the appeal gave me 21 points!! There is a huge problem here and it needs to be addressed!!!!!!!

If you get a false assessment, APPEAL! Get legal aid if necessary while it still exists.

Put the house prices back to what they were before they tripled & make it financially rewarding for people who actually work that is the only way to get people into work, people arn't gonna work for nowt!! what is the point in living when all you do is work all week just to pay the rent in the house your hardly in because your at work & then your still skint, that sucks!! people who work deserve to be able to buy a house & still have cash in their pocket.

@iguanna41 I tried this argument on my mother and father, mother walked out of my flat dad stayed and still think that wages went up with house prices, being staunch tory supporters they never will acknowledge this most obvious of facts, because I don't work I'm a dissapointment to them, wasted talent blah blah blah, then I realised the day I do meet there standars and approval i'll know I must be doing something very very wrong !! This is what a tory government looks like, makes me more sick !

I didn't have to have a medical. I scored 33 on the ESA 50 form and they've put me in a support group indefinitely? I don't know wot that means and if I have to go to the job club? Atos have been harsh cos they've not let me have a medical to explain myself? Will I have to look for work and I'm worrying

@Tarquinbeaniebaby I admire you, I do, but you really cannot speak for the whole of society and say absolutely everyone can work!! Mental health issues for example are SO misunderstood - if you're thinking about killing yourself every second of the day it stands to reason you can't get out there and hold down a job! For myself, all I ask is to be given time to recover. And FYI, I worked full time and NEVER claimed benefits from the age of 16 to 34 when everything started to cave in on me!

@Tarquinbeaniebaby I agree, there are is a minute minority in Britain who cheat the benefits system, including immigrants that make up the majority of the cheats. But, the majority of people who claim are genuine, and such a sad country we now live in where severerly disabled and mentally ill people are forced to kill themselves because of these scum who are on the same level as murderers.

It is so fustrating when i see comments like yours. It is only the cheats who make news headlines...

"if you really cannot work, we will look after you" This is an absolute lie, the new ATOS test does not take into account mental illness and the so-called doctors for ATOS aren't able to make specialist diagnosis and do not look at your specialist doctor's notes. It's a sham.

@ModerateMartian Yes it is a SCAM I I have worked in the NHS for 33yrs suffered an industrial injury to my spine through work and they have accepted responsibility for it but are trying to give me the minimal they can in PAYOUT but the ATOS Healthcare workers Lie BEWARE of signing the assessmet form at the end unless you fully read and understand it.. Order a photocopy and then respond as they catch you like this .

@MsNEPTUNE1 Thanks for the heads up on the form filling. I will be getting an advocate involved with any form filling as I've done before. I also always ask for a photocopy of all the documents detailing how they came to the decision and as well as my original form. This is usually about half a ream of notes to plough through (this is where you can spot ATOS lies, in my case they stated does not suffer depression and social phobia) but essential if taking the decision to a tribunal.

The more people shoved into 'Slave Labour' the better for the government. the average wage is no-where near enough to live on let alone the minimum wage. get real, u watch as crimen goes through the roof!
