Stress will be lifted off the shoulders of those who want to become doctors and news reporters but have no means of paying for the education they need to achieve there dreams. Many of the people who qualify for the dream act will create their own businesses with the education they get and therefore will create new jobs. This will overall stimulate the economy.
I truly believe that to Be an American isn't just having the fortune of being born on American Soil but living in a way that is positively impacting America. To me the film means alot if it came out. Because nobody knows how it is in the latino world to be growing up but latinos. I'm american-mexican, n I'm proud of it. My parents crossed to make a living as well. But its a pain to see my dad go through the system n not know what will happen next. On aug 23, we will go to his final hearing n I'm praying his dreams don't get ripped out of his life. Cuz without him I have nothing to look forward to, n its a matter of time till the choice is made.

hey eGO today i went to work.. and i was so excited cuz it was my first day of work... at first when i got called i thought i was gonna get payed under the table (cuz im illegal) and then i finished the days work and they gave me a form to fill out and to bring a copy of my social secutiry which i dont have.... so i told him i didnt have one...... so as i drove home sad...... i jusst thought about this film and hoping that it actually becomes real so that i could have some inspiration

The Dream Act means a positive future for many people in the United States. Stress will be lifted off the shoulders of those who want to become doctors and news reporters but have no means of paying for the education they need to achieve there dreams. Many of the people who qualify for the dream act will create their own businesses with the education they get and therefore will create new jobs. This will overall stimulate the economy.

When a child is brought here they will attend American schools and receive an American education. Then after school they will try to find a job that will benefit the American public and the economy.

The Dream Act is important to me because I want to finish my career here.
Start helping my mom with the rent or for her not to work anymore. Cause she gets paid minimum wage for a hard work she does. She's always tired and breaks my heart that she doesn't deserve to be working such amount of money. I want to help her but I can't because of the legal issue. And if the Dream Act would be passe it would be one of my Dreams to come true. Specially cause I would be able to visit my family in Mexico.
