guys guys i have a complete guide and what is says to make one is: There is an apex to Chao evolution, although few people will ever see the ultimate Light Chao, Hero Chao, and Dark Chao. To raise these supreme Chao beings, you will need a Chao who has gone through metamorphosis at least twice. Give it one of every animal, and when it next Emerges from its cocoon it will be an immortal Chaos Chao.
