I've often thought that some actors would be better suited for voice acting while others are incredibly expressive but their voices don't convey a lot so it's interesting to imagine basing an acting critique just on how emotional their voices are. Also, I love the bit about soliloquys. :)
I'm from argentina and I just saw a couple of your videos...and totally fall in love with you...you are hilarious and you do such great reviews...you rock!!!
Definately not watching that film, absolutely digusting, horrible and very sad to know what actually happened to that poor elephant, and how it was made to act - very sad indeed.
The problem with this idea is that movies really are intended to be a visual medium. It's certainly possible to tell a story solely through a visual means, in fact thats what makes some of the greatest movies of all time so great. A good movie successfully mixes dialogue with visuals.
that was hilarious. i wonder how much of it is serious, like really really listening and hearing the moods and vibes of the movie in the actors' voices and the breaks inbetween dialog and noises...three out of four open eyes...lol
