We don't have to talk in runescape to play it, but sadly people think just because you don't talk your a bot lol, I mean what if you can't understand someone cause their speaking some language you don't speak, what am I supposed to do lol. Jagex probably doesn't show evidences because it is as legit as someone simply being reported over and over, that's obviously the best evidence they got, nothing to fancy.
