I can definitely relate to the "rain in the brain" you mentioned in this video. Whenever the Kundalini energies are moving through my crown chakra, I experience sensations like that. It has a feeling like electrical lava almost. I'll get fluttering or twitching of my eyelids for a short time when that chakra is being worked on. I'll see flashes of light in my third eye. Usually, I see mostly blue, green, or purple geometric shapes. I've seen the infinity symbol a few times like that.
Oh, and I was seriously about to see an ENT about the ringing in the ears. It's mostly on one side though. I think I hear it almost all the time the past few weeks. Sometimes it gets pretty loud. I am wondering what is to come next!
Since a little over a month ago I have been surging with feelings of intense love, peace, and intense joy. My health improved drastically overnight, and is still improving. :o) And I began started feeling these vibrations, the sweet feeling of electricity flowing through me, and the feeling of weightlessness shortly after. I sit quietly a lot, so I've felt them when I'm off to sleep, just waking up, watching a positive show on tv or You Tube video... or just sitting. Thanks again for sharing!

thank you for your help! i'll check out later. i do aware that i have to endure this temporary itchings as a matter of obstacles to higher achievement, perhaps under go karmic retribution. i believe the itchings will end sometime in the near future. the sooner the better. it depends on how willingly i could let go eating meat products.

I wish I knew someone who was also experiencing it so I could put you in touch. I get my water from a water store, using only glass bottles, and put it into the sun for restructuring, 6-8 hours each day.
I am also eating only organic and am about to move toward juicing and (primarily) eating raw.. It is rather a natural progression. As the Energies continue all this is just how it is sort of patterning out.. you know? . .
1. yes casey, i am doing something similar to pranayama. it is chan meditation involves with deep breathing, mind controlling and directing chi to spinal-core and chakra points. if the itching getting too intense, i have to use OM AH HUM mantra, that is mind, speech and body, to ease the pain. mainly, with the mantra, i have to focus my intention on the eye, throat and heart chakra. i don't like to practice the mantra because it distracts my intention away from crown chakra.
furthermore, there are so itching at the forehead and back of my head, and they often interupt my dhyana mediation. the electric current are getting more intense response to the energy available. it is an itching painful process.

I also no longer eat cooked foods. As of November last year a went raw vegan, which started as a 2 week cleanse but after feeling sick from eating cooked fish I prefer to eat raw greens and fruit. I have been experiencing this for some time but things have really picked up since the summer of 2007. I can feel the energy coming in my head going through my whole body and have been hearing a high pitch frequency in my hears none stop and sometimes it can get loud for a few seconds. Since then I have become very aware of peoples emotions when they are around me and I can move small objects with my mind. But the nicest thing is being about to communicate with higher dimensional beings.......
