You may remember early in brotherhood 2.0 when I did my very first happy dance in a situation very much like this one. Except that computer was brand new :-)
yeah... water and electronics don't usually play well together :-) Most peope don't realize that the most important thing to do is cut all power (remove batteries ) to the device and let it dry out *completely* and it'll usually work again.
Like, that whole keyboard-in-the-dishwasher thing, that's real. :-)

I remember! <3 I was so very happy when it slowly came back to life. The hard part was not losing it when it died. :D

The same thing happened with my cell phone XP
I dropped it into a pool then it didn't work until I blow dried it!

computer tragedy averted! my laptop died a couple months ago (as did my car). it was a sad month. new computers (and cars) are expensive.
i hope yours keeps on holding on!
