Congress did not mention pizza. They blocked an attempt to re-classify tomato paste so that a half-cup serving counts as a half-cup serving of vegetables.

Right now, a 1/8th cup serving is considered equal to a 1/2 cup serving of vegetables. Nutritionally (purely on numbers), it's actually not that far off, depending what fruit or veg you compare to.

It does mean that pizza makers can claim their product contains a serving of vegetables.

It does not mean that pizza is now a vegetable.

Regarding milk: Raw milk is a bit of a chore to get where I'm at (and I'm not sure my family would go for it); however, I have recently gotten Non-homogenized/cream on top (Grass fed, although pasteurized) milk.
