Hi man, it's a slim 60's neck. All necks Fender produced from about 60 through 68/69 were all slim unlike the 50's necks. They beefed them up again going into the 70's.
@chooseyourblues Mid 60s strat necks got a little beefier :) I have a 1963 strat with a slightly thicker neck, its a nice size between very slim 61 and fat 68/69

I have one of these 60 Relics also in fiesta red,and I must say it is on par with an actual vintage axe.I am very pleased with it.
