the top tube being short doesn't have any bad sides. it makes the frame lighter and much more easy to spin in all ways ! so deff the 20.5... so what frame are you thinking about getting/ already got ? :D

I prefer a 20.5 just because it's what I've always had. Seeing as though it's only a 1/4 in. difference i don't really think it matters... It's a personal preference.

20.5 is good for me and i'm 5'7. if you want to do more spinning tricks, go with something shoter like 20.25. but yeah it's a personal choice. my friend is as tall as me and he complains about his bike being too big(20.75). try going to a bike shop and ask for what size you should ride with.  try riding your friend's bikes first see how it feels. that's what i did. LMAO

that would probably be good for someone your height, if you like those long bikes with high rise bars. I'm 5'5 and i ride a 20.5'' frame with 8'' rise bars and it's great, but i'm also thinking of getting 20.75, and i ride mostly street/trails, but i ride with a lot of tall dudes and they ride 21'' frames, but as limasbad said, it's personal choice, for example, I ride with a guy whose 6'1 and he says he'll never go bigger than 20.5''
