  • Dude, it wasn't the banks fault in the first place. The reason these people got screwed over was because the CEO of the company, (who is still at large) thought he could get away with not paying these people their final dues just because the bank wouldn't keep paying loan support his BANKRUPT business. Sure, BOA seems like a bunch of assholes for not "supporting their community" but seriously, to put the blame on the bank itself is ridiculous. People are just ignorant.

  • I don't blame the company, I would do the same thing!! Screw the unions, they are greedy bastards !!! ALL companies in the US need to do the same thing!

  • i love how this economy makes people say banks are evil and obviously out to hurt anybody and everybody. People need to read and think a little bit more, these problems are a little bit more complex than that.

  • banks using the bailout money to buy up smaller banks and strengthen their positions while the poor man has to sit in to defend a federal law and workers rights...now where the fuck is john mccain and sarah palin talking about joe the plumber or tito the builder?...what a fucking sham

  • Take every dime back from Bank of America, they don't deserve a god damn dime!

    "Power to the people!" (smile)

  • up yours. support the banks or the poor people. who makes up more of the population and how many numbers will you crunch before you realize that people are hurting out there.

  • A Bank- particularly a bank that we bailed out to the tune of $25 billion - does not have the right to demand that a company they take over violate FEDERAL LAW!!

  • It's not Bank of America's problem. Maybe it's your Union. I hope people in detroit dont start to blame banks in detroit if the auto-makers start collapsing. By the way, A bank has all the right to reduce or remove lines of credit to anyone. Clearly this company was living off credit such like many other americans were doing.

  • perhaps people are living off of credit because they dont make a livable wage. the union is their strength!
