First of all I should say that after watching this entire clip I found the title to be extremely misleading. Secondly, the usage of Daf is permissible according to Islamic laws. "Tala'al Badru Alayna" the two men sang was for Prophet Muhammad (saws). This song was sung by the people for the Prophet Muhammad (saws) when he first entered the city of Yathrib (know today as Medina). How is Ahmadinejad to blame for this (if there is anything to blame him for to begin with???)
