  • Nice GT, How do you know if its M/F? Check out my tank

  • nice tank i like it can u send me a measage about what other cichlids you can get because i need some ideas for my tank with 2 firemouth cichlids and a blue acara?

  • How do your clean your sand?

I am working on a 150 gallon South American tank and would love a mix of white and black sand but how long until I would have to replace it. It is not cheap.

  • what kind of fish is the one with the blue spots and the red fins?

  • @awesomepossum3256 green terror

  • beautiful terror

  • LOLTIGERBARB

  • Nice looking Green Terror. Is that a Fire Mouth with the red belly?

  • @Frosty1962 yes

  • Hey man great vid. What size is your tank?

  • Tiger barbs are from asia...

  • in my 90 gallon*

  • would i be able to use this stocking setup, with with 1 or 2 more firemouths?

  • whats the size of the tank

  • Love the substrate you've used. Haven't seen many Firemouth's of that quality!

  • i love the look of your tank do you still have this settup, my green terror looks just like him

  • i really like that pink convict, i have the regular black ones and i'm getting a pair of pink ones from a friend. i wish my petstore sold some of those marbled ones...

  • What is that substrate???

  • great tank!

  • sick green terror

  • how big is the tank?

  • Stunning fish love the firemouth

  • best green terror iv seen!

  • is that black beauty sand substrate? how do you like it?

  • Nevermind, read through the comments. If you want any melanurus, I have about 200 fry :)

  • Nice looking fish, especially that rivulatus. Is the big one a melanurus or a synspilum?

  • very impressive green terror

  • hey man how big is the tank?? im buying about 5 juvi gts and 5 juvi red devils for my 65 gallon then i will keep one gt and one rd what do you think??

  • What are you going to do with the rest of the fish? If you grow them together as buddies when they are juvies they might be okay...

  • You have 1 fish space in 65g.

  • i agree with you, you only have room for one Green terror if its a male Red devil you keep you dont have the room we have our one female RD in a 75Gal because females arent near as big we have a Male RD that was boughten 2 years later and he already isalmost as big as you can see in my videos which are older and hes grown twice as big

  • @fishyfan95 you will get some major hostility with thoses fish in a 65 gal get a bigger tank or only buy 1 of each ! my 7" GT killed my oscar the same size and a week later my 8" red devil killed the GT and they was in a 120 gal

  • @fishyfan95 you'd be fine with one of each, if they paired, though i wouldnt expect fry

  • Cool tank!

...However what are those barbs doing there??? Barbs aren't American/Neotropical... unless they are left overs from dinner ;)

  • is that a 75 gallon aquarium

  • i envy your green terror!!!!!

  • jw, What size tank is that u got there?

  • what kind of a convict is that white one?

  • They are white/pink cons which are mistakenly called "albino". They have black eyes and leucistic actually.

  • How aggressive are Green Terrors? I used to have a 7" dempsey that passed away. He was raised from 1" long and was in a tank with a school of 3-4" long congo tetras, a few 4" long clown loach, large pleco and a pair of Kribensis cichlids.

Since the dempsey passed on, I wanted another cichild and recently I saw a pair of young GT. I picked them up...hoping in a 120 gallon, that they will not get overly aggressive with the others...

  • They ll be OK in there.

  • Thats good to hear. They are doing fine so far and not bothering anyone. Keeping fingers crossed that they will stay that way :)

  • how big is your tank

  • Nice tank! looks very clean and well taken care of.

  • what do u feed those fish??

  • I was feeding Tetra cichlid sticks I suppose.

  • thanks

  • Beautiful tank and brilliant colours on your fish; good job! MAy I ask how big roughly is that vieja synspilum (inches) and how old he is if you know? I have one as well, looks like yours in terms of color but I do not know how old he is.

  • I got rid of him. He was always 6". I dont know how old he is but he didnt grow at all for 3 months and wasnt very active. Pretty timid fish. I am happy that you liked them.

  • how many chicild can i get if i have a 20gallon tank?i have 3 needlefish, 1 pacu, 1 clownfish and pleco,and 2 crayfish,1 tinfoil barb.will they get along?

  • Nope. Pacu alone needs at least 200 gal tank. Not joking. You can keep 2 convict sized cichlids there. No more.

  • a tinfoil barb will also need about 90-100 gallons. Is the clown fish some kind of freshwater clownfish, or do you mean clownknife??

  • it's the chocolate cichlid

  • could any one tell me what the cichlid os called that is with the green terror at the beggining of the video thanks for your help

  • when u wrote "fire head" dont you mean fire mouth?

  • No firehead is vieja synspilum

  • ohh thanks.

  • wow nice fish. The gt looks great!!. Keep up the good work. Check out my vids please

  • Gr8 tank there! you have a healthy set of fishes. Those cichlids dont eat tiger barbs?

  • Thank you. The three tiger barbs seen in the video are still in the tank alive. But smaller ones I added after them are gone in 60 seconds. So the lesson is, do not introduce dither fish after a cichlid tank is established.

  • even they cant bear smaller cichlids of their own kind, there'll be enough ragging before everythin calms down. Are those some special kind of tiger barbs? their looks very prominent.

  • No they are common tiger barbs. Very quick and alert as you can guess.

  • What are the sizes of your cichlids? They appear to be in the range of 4"-6".

  • Synspilum is 5.75", GT is 5", convict and FM are 4"

  • That is including or excluding tail.

  • Including. I always include tail. The GT is now 6" maybe more.

  • nice tank n green terror! What's its dimensions?

    is that a pink convict?

  • The tank is 100x50(h)x40cm. Yes it is a pink male convict.

  • 200 liters?

  • yes

  • 200lts/55g

  • sick tank how big?
