I'm more concerned about my own country. How many MILLIONS have already been donated to Africa? Apparently, it hasn't helped. Africa is hopeless. We still have time to save our own country before it is too late.
@SaturnHollow I'm pretty sure that Africa has recieved more than a billion dollar throughout the last 10 years. But you're right, apparently donating doesn't help the cause at all. That's prolly because the money doesn't even arrive there.

From 2008 to 2011 Djibouti has received over $31 Million from USAID.
From 2008 to 2011 Ethiopia has received over $2.99 Billion from USAID.
From 2008 to 2011 Somalia has received over $890 Million from USAID.
USAID is paid for by our tax dollars so I THINK we have already paid our fair share.
