Really, is that why we have the most advanced military in the world? For example, the Russians only have generation 4 fighters and have only begun with generation 5. We have had generation 5 for a long time and are the only ones who have it. The Apache is the most advanced helicopter in the world currently on deployment. Do you really think that we would allow another country to have something that is better than ours? Air, land, and sea, we pretty much dominate all the rest of the world.

However, don't think that Britain was the only thing stopping Hitler. The Russian advance on their side and the fresh American forces played way more of a part, IMO, than Britain surviving the attacks and not being taken, unlike France.

Really, is that why we have the most advanced military in the world? For example, the Russians only have generation 4 fighters and have only begun with generation 5. We have had generation 5 for a long time and are the only ones who have it. The Apache is the most advanced helicopter in the world currently on deployment.
