  • I dont deny he doesnt have "energy", because I was never vegan. BUT he doesn't look healthy to me. To me, he doesnt look like he is meant to be naturally that thin nor eating right nutrients. Organic is good. Fruits are good. Vegetables are good. But he NEEDS more protein. He doesnt HAVE TO get it from meat. Milk is good for you. Yes, so are nuts and soy, but its just alsomore "human" to get in othr fats and proteins. Meat wont kill you. But it isnt necassary. He is right about more cals though.

  • @cutiecookie23 I think good health or bad health shows first in skin. His skin looks beautiful, healthy and glowing. He is very health I think. Not to mention his energy level, his enthusiasm and his happiness that shows through. These are hard to maintain when you are not healthy.

  • @cutiecookie23 caloric intake is the key for muscle growth. not just protein. watch the speech Dr. Grahm gives on protein in the diet for muscle recovery and building. makes total sense. This man in the video is a long distance cycling madman! he does not train for large muscles. there are plenty of raw vegans that do, and have perfect muscular bodies. Do more research if your truly interested. this goes for anyone reading who thinks he is unhealthy in anyway.

  • I've seen some healthy looking vegans ,-this guy is anorexic.

  • THis guy look anorexic... Am I the only one who thinks so???

  • @mgrellet Yes u r the only one! FAT, and stupid is the in thang now isn't it??? LOL

  • @nickatnoon611 Fat and stupid? Actually I AM anorexic, it takes one to know one, moron.

  • @mgrellet I noticed that too, doesn't seem very healthy to me.He doesn't seem to have muscles. If i tried living that way, i'd be dead in a month, cause i have to carry heavy stuff all day at work.

  • @Schnabeltier993 Durianrider is a 100% ectomorph (thin Body Type) like Bruce Lee super strong short muscle fibers, naturally narrow shoulders and naturally very Lean muscle mass. Arnold Schwarzenegger is for example 100% Mesomorph (Athletic Body Type) naturally wide shoulders and does not need much effort to grow muscle. then there is the Endomorph (Voluptuous /High Fat Body Type) gains weight easy especially fat (most Mexican people are that type for example..

  • @Schnabeltier993 # 2 plus it’ not just about what you eat…its about how you work out how you use your body… as far as I know Durianrider is not into weight lifting but only does endurance training. And most people on this planed actually are Thin Body types. But most people now a days also are very overweight.

  • @mgrellet It's a proven fact that people on a low caloric diet and are thin live longer with less health complications. But, he doesn't seem to be on a low caloric diet as he eats many calories. But if he is burning them up in athletic activities such as running and biking, then he would need more carbs to sustain the activities.

  • @AndyG792 for being thin, he seems to have a good musculature. Did you notice how easily he picked up that half watermelon in his left hand from the floor or a low table up to his front? He is not weak at all.

  • I'm sure that we'll find in 2012 London the top weightlifting team at the Games will have subsisted on a diet of 150 pieces of fruit a day you know cause the FEED YA FACE philosophy seems to be taking over.

  • you are so lean!

  • Harley looks naked in this vid!

  • Do you test your pH levels? All that fruit is extremely acidifying. Do you monitor your blood sugar? How can it be healthy to produce that much insulin? What are your sources of EPA and DHA? Isn't eating fructose beyond 20 grams in one sitting toxic to the liver and raise triglyceride levels? Have you ever seen and old person eat so much sugar? Is there anyone who has eaten like that since youth and lived to be over 100?

  • @Shovelface80

You have been reading.. that is good. It would be better if you read read some more on the subject e.g.Dr Doug Graham's 80/10/10 book.

Here's some advice though, mate: don't tell folk stuff that is not true. It is bad karma. FRUIT IS NOT ACIDIFYING. IT IS HEALTH FOOD. Stop listening to Drs who can not heal all diseases... and yes, durianriders does test his blood, he has several vids up.. go see the truth on fruits. Watch some more of his or Dr Graham's vids [FoodnSport channel]

  • Comment removed

  • @danielskipp1 Fructose is acidifying -- anyone who is reading this. Use the google, type in Ph scale, go from there.

  • @DRu9

Alright.. so let us say you are correct! So what has that got to do with someone eating WHOLE FRUIT? Potassium and calcium in fruit are alkalising. You are reducing things out of context, just like the legions of supposed scientists who spew libraries of BS about diet and medicine.

Even if a fruit was net acidfying, relative to a high fat or protein food it is harmless. Protein is highly acidifying. I bet you eat loads of it.

  • @Shovelface80 Look at my blood test vids. My tri's are ALWAYS super low. :)

EPA /DHA? The body produces these and even some plant foods contain em.

Fruit is great but you die at age 35 if your diet is based on organic fruits and veg. I will die this year then I guess. :(

  • @Shovelface80 Have you had your "shots" b/c I think you have gone rabid!!! LOL After you calm down, go Google the Gorilla Diet ok. lol

  • He's got the body of a 12 yr old Ethiopian

  • Meat is NOT unhealthy...

....So long as you hunt it and eat it raw or lightly cooked over a fire. Otherwise, yeah, you're bodies going to be confused to hell. But who's actually going to go and eat raw meat? Too much work.

  • awe, feed your face if you want to win the health race.. you are so adorable

  • @MrJazzmattaz I pass crossfit guys all the time in running races. You can spot em cos they line up with us fast guys in their vibrams and 'crossfit gym train hard or go home' tshirts and they take off and we pass em after a few seconds. Whilst your chatting and snack'n at the finish line, 10-2hrs later the crossfit crew come crawling in like human slugs. I always make sure I tell em to 'carb up next time son and pace yourself'. ;)

I can out sprint/distance any low carb crossfit monkey. EASY! :)

  • @realhealthdiet Vitamin D´s best source is the sun. And may I say youre quite dumb to believe that meat is necessary to humans, when is the last time you saw a human run after a cow or chicken and eat it raw and whole? Geez

  • NO WAY HE EATS ALL THIS IN ONE DAY NOT WAY HE WILL BURN MORE THAN 3000 CALORIES A DAY PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HE IS LAYING PLEASE

  • @samuelsanchez2010 eat all organic and find out

  • Harley's constant intake of sugar, even while he's cycling is keeping him going.

Dude, again, you look like shit and you eat more than your fair share of food to maintain your ego.

  • i did that vor a week. Dude i've shat like 10 times a day, that can't be right haha

  • Looks like a very expensive diet!

  • One thing I don't get is how they can eat, eat, eat and still be able to exercise heavily? While fruit does digest relatively quick, there is NO WAY it can leave your stomach in less than one minute, or however long it takes to swallow more food.

  • @LaResponse Everything has protein in it. Even fruit; 1 banana has 1 gram of protein. So if you eat a lot of fruit then you'll get your protein. As far as omega oils go, eating walnuts is one of the best sources. You dont need to eat fish to get your omega 3 requirements.

  • yum. keep spreading the good life saving word.

  • I really Love your body ... I want that you give me some tips but seriously it's too much fruit

  • >fit and healthy vegan.

    I love oxymorons.

  • you have a lot of money to buy all these fruit, if you don't get the donation from others can you do that?

  • Sorry for this question: When you go to the toilet how does it look like? How often?

    Thanks.

    Just curious.

  • @RomneyPHONY

    That's great dude, because 110 plus 20 = 130 and 130 is still a stick.

  • @RomneyPHONY

He literally looks like a stick figure. You can't deny this fact. If he got into a fist fight, he would end up more bruised than those bananas. Poor guy.

  • the problem withh raisins is that they are often heated over 115....so not truly raw.....any thoughts?

  • How much of his day is taken up strictly by eating? Couldn't have a normal job with this diet.

  • @burlearth just put it in the blander;)

  • @DarlingKaya 'the blander' not an encouraging name, still if you had to drink 40 blended bananas, you'd soon get sick of such slop.

  • @burlearth why is the blender disencouraging name? is something wrong with drinking smoothies?

  • @DarlingKaya cos you called it a 'blander' as in to make 'bland' instead of a 'blender'.

  • @burlearth oh hehe sorry:)

  • Anyone listen to that debate. I have been into raw food for a long time and truely believe in it but Durianrider lost that debate plain and simple. I commend him for trying but he just didn't come across very well researched or well spoken. He kept saying the same thing he says in every video and using old David Wolfe quotes. I felt bad for him.

  • <3

  • You make me want to go raw! You are such a motivation, Harley.

  • This basically proves a Paleo/Primal lifestyle.

  • I don't know, he looks thin, but really healthy. Happy and really fit, even though the fact his bones are really sticking out is kinda weird. I wonder how my legs will be if I go raw vegan, I have soccer legs.

  • @KorionDotNet Yeah, I think there are some people who do great on this type diet. Mainly lean endurance athletes such as Durian. He looks really thin....but pretty healthy. I do not think most would fare well on this diet, just too imbalanced.

  • You eat more fruit than Mike Arnstein (who say's that eat 30 pounds evvery day)

  • No, he looks undernourished, and he speaks and writes and a very unintelligent, uneducated way. No one will ever convince me that eating ONLY fruits is healthy. Common sense and a bit of education will prove otherwise.

  • @gabrielenesta He is very intelligent, just watch and learn.

  • You get might get a lot of energy for running from them wild beasts in the outback, mite, but you wont necessarily be building muscle!

  • He doesn't look healthy at all. He looks malnourished.

  • @gabrielenesta thats only because you're judging him based upon being skinny. where as NA is the only place in the world where overweight people are getting sicknesses and dying from malnutrition. but i bet they looked healthy before they had that heart attack.

  • dude, go out RIGHT NOW and buy a big fat greasy hunk of pork and EAT IT!!! jeeeze - you could be dead soon (and on top of that - you are a fructose junkie!)

  • Man, this dude looks like he just escaped from Auschwitz. Definitely not healthy.

  • @fucktardxxx He's a lean fighting machine and do I sense jalousie?

  • @fucktardxxx LOL just becouse hes body lack fat doesnt mean hes unhealthy, fat=poison. You belive healthy is what you are being learned @ school and told on Tv.

  • @fucktardxxx he's an endurance athlete. like marathon runners from kenia they look skinny, they're light so they are fast and win.

  • @fucktardxxx Yeah well I'd like to see how YOU look like baldytard

  • @fucktardxxx library.thinkquest . org/12663/media/img/wiesel.jpg REALY?! he will outrun you easily! so change your idea of what healthy look like ;)

  • @fucktardxxx that unhealthy guy is top five in most races he enters.

  • @fucktardxxx he just has a body type for what he does (and yes i agree that runners are not healthy, maybe endurance wise but they dont have enough muscle and weight on them, vice versa with powerlifters). however look at the rawbrahs and theres somebody else but his name is slipping my mind. they are well rounded and look very healthy and they eat the raw food diet

  • @MrSupasexi They might look healthy but they aren´t doing good enough excersize-wise, because when they were in some swimming competition they failed. And it was due to the fact that they eat a way too low calorie diet and not enough fruits.

  • @thatfruitarianchick idk if youre talking about the raw brahs but just cause somebody fails a competition doesnt mean that its cause they didnt eat enough calories lol there are so many factors that can play into them losing a competition. and if you are talking about the raw brahs ive seen videos of them on here doing straight bar muscle ups (very hard gymanist move) and bench pressing 225 pounds lol. i think theyre in plenty good shape.

  • @fucktardxxx Would you call long distance runners unhealthy? Because they are even THINNER than that!

  • @fucktardxxx But 'fruit makes you FAT!' ;) Now you can laugh in anyones face that says that. You can say 'I know that Durianrider fucker eats up to 70 bananas a day and he looks like a banana on a bike man!'.

    Fruit makes you fat.

    Fresh air kills.

Stay up late and watch crap.

    Everything in moderation.

The cries of the status quo.

  • @fucktardxxx Hes an endurance athlete.... ALLLL endurance athlete's look like that.. but the difference is durian's health is 100% better, i mean look at how healthy his skin looks... skin health relates directly to internal health. Look at all teenagers and even most adults who eat a diet high in Dairy and processed foods, they are all covered in zits and have itchy dry zombie looking skin...and btw if he lifted weights he would build muscle.. look up Wade Lightheart... case closed

  • @fucktardxxx Totally! Not healthy at all!!

  • Looks like a 70 year old man with a childs body... Never went through puberty? His logic and arguing skills are equally childish. Should have heard him on this debate back in April with a paleo eater, epic fail what a nut! He is the laughing stock of the whole health movement, except for his cauliflower-brained fruity followers.

  • I'm sorry, but you look very ill.

  • Do you blend or juice any of it? Or do you eat it all straight?

  • @IronCladBen I've seen him blend bananas but also seen him eat bananas as they are and i've seen him eat melons and other fruits straight from the source. I guess it depends.

  • The diet is very hard and I tried it, I feel better on a normal diet. But hey if you believe it works it migh just work for you :)

  • It's like a self-imposed death camp!!

  • I wonder if whats best for the planet is whats best for the individual, including the suffering of an individual animal.I'm becoming convinced that eating wild and locally available food is whats best. Ironically, where I live, in the winter this is a primarily a 'paleo' diet and in the summer more what durianrider is suggesting.

  • @15hmael

Paleo Nonsense, the Paleo diets are for Morons , totally un necessary

  • @LegPains i loved to hear your reasons why it's nonsense.

  • @LegPains I really can't debate or learn anything with points like' Paleo nonsense' and being called a Moron. So good luck to you.

  • @15hmael

Paleo dieters speak about it as if it were Religion, its alot of dogma really

  • @LegPains Having a vision that everyone should be a vegan isn't religious dogma?I still haven't heard any debate points yet.

  • @15hmael

i Never said everyone should be Vegan

you go 1st and Spout your intellectually Lame weak Paleo Nonsense and ill respond to it, ok go

  • @LegPains You say that you never said everyone should be vegan and then when someone suggest not everyone should, need or can be one you call them Morons. What else can I deduce from that except that 'your a vegan or your stupid?'I already made a point, I just don't think you have anything original to say. Except,Moron Lame and Paleo. If you really believe that not everyone should be vegan, then you have no argument with me.

  • @15hmael

If you are Living out in the Middle of the woods in a Cave like the Primitive Cavemen did millions of years ago and you have NO access to stores, and are totally disconnected from Civilization, than yes i have no problem and understand if that person isnt vegan and i have NO argument with them at all .

So is that your situation ? yes or no

  • @LegPains Since all but a few pockets of humans on this planet exist this way, then you were disingenuous when you said "i Never said everyone should be Vegan."Do you think everyone should be vegan,or not? If you like civilization and it's vision of the future then you and I have a problem.Just because someone has access to stores and is connected to civilization doesn't mean they can't walk away from that or have a different vision of the future.

  • @15hmael

lets talk about YOU , stop crying like a baby and contstantly deflecting over to someone else, where do You live ? lets be specific stop the generalities lets focus here on You

  • @LegPains Why do you want to know more about me?OK I'll bite.I've personally planted over 10,000 trees and thousands of native wildflowers at the rouge river conservation area outside of Toronto where I live.I have volunteered 3 hours a week for over 5 years tutoring homeless kids at the Covenant House and volunteered 3 years at a wildlife center cleaning up raccoon s#@t amongst other things.I don't own a car,and I try to bike where I can.Could I do more?Absolutely.

  • @LegPains So am I morally inferior?I would be the first one to say so.If you perceive my criticism of civilizations' vision as crying like a baby and blaming everyone else? there is nothing i can say to that. I don't believe the world was made for us to conquer and rule;I don't believe we are stewards of the earth,If that's paleo dogma then so be it.

  • @LegPains also if you came in contact with these primitive people would you force your civilized stores on them

or let them continue to live their morally inferior lives?

  • @15hmael

lets instead talk about YOUR morally inferior Life, you want to sit there like a little child and blame everyone else

  • @LegPains And if you want to know about all the bad things i've done and regrets i've had sorry that's between me and the people that i love.

  • wow he looks sick....you are over doing it......i dont think a gorrilla could eat tht many....a diabetic would be dead...

  • @centexsucks1

it depends on your Level of athletics you are doing, OBVIOUSLY a person doing no exercise at all will eat totally diffferent amount of calories than an elite level athlete who is constantly active etc

  • Dude, the little muscle tissue you have looks soft, weak, and unhealthy. You need some REAL protein, from fish at least. Why don't you go out to the fish store and buy yourself a nice fresh fish? Barbeque that sucker with a little salt and squeeze some lemon juice on top.

Your muscles and your nervous system will thank you profoundly.

    See ya.

  • @keatsblake100 Wtf is "real protein". Protein from an apple is the same as protein found in a fish, just differ in amount and besides, he's a cyclist, most if not all are very thin. Pick up a science book and learn about nature.

  • @westwest213LA I'd have to disagree with you there, my dawg. You're right about one thing, I'm no doctor or board certified nutritionist. I have read, however, that not all protein is created equally. In fact, I've read that the amino acide profile is different in different kinds of proteins. That's why bodybuilders look for the highest QUALITY proetein in the protein shakes they drink to recover form strenuous workouts. egg protein, milk protein, fish, chicken, soy...all different.

  • @westwest213LA I don't see why I should argue that apples don't have protein, or watermelon or other fruits. Perhaps they do, but it's in neglegible amounts, and the QUALITY is poor as a builder and maintainer of muscle tissue. Just listen to this guy. He says that in order to get adequate protein, you have to eat, eat, and eat truckloads of fruit. He was even eating while talking about all of this in his vid. That's just bad manners, man.

  • @keatsblake100

Are you aware that Albert Einstein was a Vegetarian ? ALL raw organic ripe Fruits and vegs contain very large amounts of super high qualt Amino Acids . You dont understand what he said. The guy making this video is a high Level elite endurance Athlete , so OBVIOUSLY he needs to eat a much larger amount of food than someone doing no or very little exercise

  • @westwest213LA Do you seriously think it's good for your digestive system to eat constantly, without giving your stomach a few hours break between meals? And anyway, our primate ancestors, the monkeys and apes, left the trees...in order to get that yummy and satisfiying meat. And as soon as they started doing that, their brains began to get bigger. That's what meat did for them. Trust me, even if he weren't a cyclist, he'd still look weak and unhealthy from his strict fruit consumption.

  • @keatsblake100

he also consumes Vegetables and Nuts and seeds . Why are Most meat eaters today unintelligent Morons if supposedly Meat made our brains largers ? Every large consumer of Meat that i know of is very unintelligent

  • Seriously.............. Have a steak, or 20. Theres no way that is considered in shape, tha's emanciated.

  • @Derek198666 FYI meat will kill you. Meat is VERY unhealthy. This guy has more energy than you have in your fat little meat eating pinky finger. Stop shoving dead animals down your throat and eat healthy!

  • @laoi Uh, I'm 6'2 188 5.8% bf, hardly fat, go hug a tree you fucking hippie ass pussy. I'm going to go have a panda burger, then drive to the lake and dump some used oil on my way to clubbing some baby seals, have a good one.

  • @Derek198666 lol, have fun with that.

  • @laoi Bullshit, you get sucked into this liars BS... good luck with that. Remember this in the long-term when you lose your health.

  • @not801010 My health is well above average, thank you! My cholesterol is beyond good, my blood pressure is the same as a very fit athlete. Meat is bad, it causes diseases. I get all the nutrients I need. I enjoy a very active lifestyle with tons of energy! You need to educate yourself before you tell people they will lose their health. You lose your health with meat consumption. Most men will develope cancer because of this. So I say to you...remember that in the long term when you get cancer!

  • @not801010

i guess you think that he is faking the blood test results? perhaps he is faking the TV coverage of his race wins.. maybe he is faking being a fruitaholic!?

We will see who has the last laugh.

  • @laoi Big debate as to whether humans are natural meat eaters or not. One of the reasons for humans' success in populating the planet has been our versatile digestive system. Also, our nearest animal equivalents, the chimps, go crazy for meat, although they don't eat it often.

  • @JSavic There is no debate. Well that is not exactly the case. There shouldn't be a debate. The fossil record has spoken. Our ancestors chased down predators and killed them and ate them using sharpened sticks in a nice little circle of life moment. Durianrider here rides a bike endlessly and exudes enough badassedness as a survivor of the Holomodor. Imagine a bunch of fruitarians trying to build the pyramids? Its true, simple sugar overload (fructose) causes mental illness.

  • @DRu9 the pyramid makers lived off nothing but lentils or seeds, instead of hunting they were too busy being badass making huge ass structures that will survive thousands of years. there probably is no such thing as the perfect diet, either it be nothing but meat and fats or nothing but fruit, certain people thrive on different foods. the human body is a amazing thing it is adapted to survive.

  • @laoi You are the case study in cognitive dissonance. Factory farmed meat is dangerous, no doubt. Something that humans have eaten since the beginning hasn't suddenly become dangerous without including its source. Grass fed organic meat is still awesome.

  • @laoi Meat will kill you? really? Humans have eaten meat for 2 million years and we are still here! Look at this guy, anorexic...

  • @Derek198666 HOLY SHIT u r so mean I CAN'T BELIEVE people tell each other YOU ARE SO FAT! YOU ARE SO SKINNY! fuck you all to hell witcher kind Here study this iiIIii

  • @Derek198666 being nice is not gay being mean is cruel so gth fy and gfys I say

  • We did eat fruits a very long time ago, before the paleo era.. but when we began to eat meats and a lot of saturated fats... our brains began to grow. Cooking the meat made our brains grow even larger. I read somewhere that if someone goes vegan for a long period of time (like 5 years or so) their brain will actually shrink. Our brains are made from mostly fat... saturated fat. So if you don't eat it... I guess you do the math.

  • @BronsonKatz

    Lol you cant be serious...

  • @BronsonKatz We now have supplements and did you check to see if what you "read" was peer reviewed? If not, check and see and you do the math.

  • Great video, and I agree with everything you say wise words. I can't believe the comments stating that eating meat is better than this diet, yeah right buddy! All you need to do is look at science to realize a low fat raw vegan diet is better in countless ways. If this guy started to eat meat and cooked foods I can tell you right now he would not be winning any marathons.

  • Comment removed

  • can you please get off of your own nuts? I hate the look on your face.. because you are so certain that your diet is healthy, but it is so wrong. People don't do vegan it is extremely unhealthy. We did not evolve eating those huge amounts of fruit... In the wild fruit wasn't and isn't that abundant. We developed eating meats, fats, some nuts some veggies and some fruits. It makes a lot of sense. PALEO DIET IS THE ONLY HUMAN DIET.

  • @BronsonKatz

The question to ask isnt what did Humans eat a million years ago, Rather the Much more Important Relevant question is out of all the food choices i have TODAY , what is the Healthiest diet i can choose ?

    wake up, its 2010

  • @LegPains hey that is true, but the fact is.. the best diet we can be eating is the diet we have adapted to. It is the foods that have been circlating through our bodies for a long time, generation after generation. There have been a lot of studies about saturated fat and how important it is... if you notice vegans usually have unhealthy hair and unhealthy skin... that should be the answer right there.. once I started eating meat (grass fed/pastured) and healthy food with saturated fat..

  • @BronsonKatz

Only problem with your theory is if it were accurate than Guys Like Harley would be Physically breaking down, in bad health and NEVER able to excell in extreme athletic activities which are incredibly demanding .

What you are giving me is pure conjecture and theory, what Harley is giving us is Real world results , ill take Results in the real world over pie in the sky theory every time

  • @LegPains ......... my skin and hair became healthy again... Overall I feel so much better. I used to be a vegan so I know. In the wild (our natural habitat), before agriculture (which is about 10,000 years ago), we ate what ever we could find.. and we wanted the foods that gave us the most energy and kept us full. That was meat and fat. There is no way our ancestors went foraging all day for vegetables and fruits... its way too much work for the tiny amount of calories. Try it..........

  • @BronsonKatz

Saying you used to be a Vegan is practically Meaningless in this discussion as being Vegan can mean ANYTHING, i know Vegans who eat Nothing but Corn chips, Soda, processed sugars and starches and a few stale old wilted Vegetables grown on Factory farms

YES this diet is Vegan but its obviously horribly unbalanced and not healthy, its Not fair to blame it on Vegan

  • @BronsonKatz

Harley's skin and hair appear to be very healthy to me, do you disagree ? The ? to ask in relation to this video is NOT that you were Vegan and it failed you, but specifically were you a Fruitarian and what was your diet ? Massive and vital distinction between what those terms mean. People are Vegan yet eat Nothing but rice and pasta all day then wonder why they're ill !

  • @LegPains Yeah I agree that carbohydrates are definitely the cause of sickness around the world.. all this bread and pasta and rice and processed foods... that is what is killing us. So being vegan is good because you are cutting out all of those horrible processed/carb/sugar foods. It doesn't really matter I guess... I just want to put that out there.. check it out (paleo diet). Also read "Good Carbs Bad Carbs" by Gary Taubes.

  • "you are so certain that your diet is healthy"

    Have you tried it?

    "it is so wrong"

    It isn't a moral issue...

"We did not evolve eating those huge amounts of fruit."

The direct lineage of hominidae co-evolved as seed dispersers, digesting fruit best for tens of millions of yrs before the paleo era.Other great apes, particularly orangutans still incorporate over 200 species of fruit in regular diet without the widespread nutritional deficiencies in modern cultures.

    "We developed eating meats"

    How?

  • @BronsonKatz

We Now live in a world food economy never experienced before in Human History, we have access to food from around the world at one time, that has NEVER happened many years ago so to compare What was best to eat millions of years ago is foolish and asinine , totally invalid way to view Diet and Health

what matters is TODAY and whats best to eat and it aint meat

  • @LegPains How do you think that food is produced and transported whether its meat or vegetables?Oil.Compressed plant and animal matter that we currently spend billions of dollars and many lives(blood) to maintain control over.Would a world wide vegan diet be better than this factory farming monstrosity for the planet? No doubt, but that's not saying much. What I said before was to make peace between paleos and vegans for the FUTURE.Maybe this will explain watch?v=K_jPah7_G90

  • @15hmael

paleos are illogical, irrational and unintelligent, ive noticed from talking to alot of them, they lack objective critical thinking skill

  • @15hmael

    watch

BEST SPEECH YOU WILL EVER HEAR GARY

  • You look fit and healthy.

  • You look very fit and healthy to me.II'd ever go raw but I know that it can be very healthy if you do it right - a very natural way to live. I'm really sick of people thinking that everyone who is slim is anorexic or has some kind of disorder. As someone else said here, all endurance athletes are slim no matter what their diet anyway. You are not going to see an endurance athlete with a big beer gut wobbling around.

  • Love your videos, I´m following your tips, and I´m feeling so good! I do sports 6 times per week!

  • @ahrramin not at a supermarket in any case :) . You can try to buy them at the farmer. Or you can try to grow them yourself. Or keep looking for a small fruits and vegetables store where they are cheaper. You can try to find a place where you can buy them in wholesale. Just look around. It all depends on where you live in this world.

Also, keep as much as possible to the local and seassonal fruits and veggies, thats also cheaper.

  • For people thinking he's too skinny... It's not because he's a raw vegan, it's because he does a lot of endurance sports. Most endurance athletes will kind of look like this, no matter what kind of diet they are eating.
