I like BBT as an actor/director but he was a total ass in this interview. You have to be Guns n' Roses badass before you act all Axl Rose prickish to your interviewer. I've checked out three videos so far and they fkn suck. In Sling Blade, he had Dwight Yoakam playing a purposely bad tune that sounded kinda Beach Boysish, and it was more agreeable to my ears than what I've heard from his band so far. I remember that when this first happened, Billy Bob Thorton trashed Canadian concert audiences as well because they booed him, not the band. Shit, The interviewer was just explaining that one of the band members would be familiar to the audience already and why. BBT thinks he can 'tell' the interviewer what to and what not to say?! In Sling Blade, he had Dwight Yoakam playing a purposely bad tune that sounded kinda Beach Boysish, and it was more agreeable to my ears than what I've heard from his band so far. I remember that when this first happened, Billy Bob Thorton trashed Canadian concert audiences as well because they booed him, not the band. My favorite BBT movie moment is when he got slapped a fwe time by Kurt Russell. "You gonna do something or just sit there and bleed?". That deserves an encore about now.

The interview wasn't going the way b wanted it, so he talked about irrelevant things to try & screw up the interviewer which is unprofessional. Also unprofessional is to show up smashed,which b is. His approach here, only made himself look like a ridiculous retard. The interviewer, however handled the situation quite well. I bet b really regretted this later.

I get that if you specifically ask for someone not to ask you something, they shouldn't. That said, the ironic thing is that by not wanting to talk about his career because it would make the interview all about him and not the music, that's exactly what happened! First off, these Boxmasters or who whoever the fuck they are wouldn't be on here if he wasn't in the band. A. The interviewer is poor as he doesn't know how to deal with Billy Bob. He should direct more questions to the other band members, or change his approach. He directly addresses the interviewee's lack of co-operation, which I feel only leads to interviews going downhill.
B. I don't see Danny Baker anywhere in this clip (thankfully)

Shit, The interviewer was just explaining that one of the band members would be familiar to the audience already and why. BBT thinks he can 'tell' the interviewer what to and what not to say?! That not and interview mate, that's a script. Ironic that he wants to stick to a script but ignore his movie career. Lucky he was in Canada, not England, an English interviewer would have given him a right going over, and got comments from his bandmates on what they thought of Thornton's behaviour.
