Sure, there are all kinds of utilities to download from Youtube, but you can never download a video at a higher quality than it was uploaded. The videos for sale are much higher quality. Really anything you can hear or see can be downloaded and or taken in some way shape or form anyway, but most people who want the higher quality stuff pay for it.

The first few HD videos I did on YouTube I had the quality way up, but now if it is a video that I am selling I have cut the quality a bit. This video however is pretty high quality because I am not selling it.
