You can't buy these. They were only available during the Olympic Torch Relay (which they were given out for free).

If you want them, you'll have to find a Canadian on eBay who is selling them!

well on my local news in vancouver it said come down to the olympic coca cola stores and get one of these limited editionbottles. i hope i can get my hands on one sometime
