Hanso, one thing I would add is that McLaren rejects much of our vocabulary such as sin, atonement, and hell. This is the spirit of antichrist.

Sorry but as a Christian I do not respect those who use our vocabulary with radically different meanings. McLaren does not believe in truth, sin, judgment, blood atonement etc. etc. (read his books) Why should Christians respect such cultic figures?
