I planned of becoming ripped back in 2010 bt didnt have the time and so i set a date to start workin out at home at jan 1 2011.. and guess what? I did.. i started at jan 1 and till this day, im still working out. I dont go to gym. all i have is 1 dumbbell. not 2, but 1. I dont go to gym. Im fuckin proud of myself. it was hard at first, bt trust me, you'll be jumping with joy when u see ur body transform! You all can do it! Have faith in yourself! Good day!
@gerrardanfield Thanks for the comment. You definitely should be proud of yourself, but you should also be proud of yourself when you don't achieve this kind of stuff. Simply, because everybody is good at something.
@unpsophable Of course I have triceps and biceps, that's a little bit of a stupid comment. That they aren't big has to do with the fact that I'm not a bulky guy in the first place. Currently I have better developed arms, since it's 10 months later now.
You're bodyfat is probably just not low enough. Go to my channel (click my name), then to my website (button right top on my channel) and read yourself into some nutrition and workout tips over there.
@alonso0lira I'm sorry, weeks? I would more think of months and years when it comes to working out. It's really not that simple. Burning fat goes a little faster but still isn't a short term goal. You will have to improve your diet as well, not just do some exercises.Keep track of your results, so make some notes like your weight and waist size every week and write it down. Make some pictures of yourself and look them back later, then you will see some results!
@serhan335 No, I don't want to become a 120 kg ;) Immagine how much food I would have to eat, that's expensive man. Would have to eat 4000-5000 calories a day of good protein and other good nutrition. That's really expensive. I also do some freerunning and gymnastics and stuff like that. If you're a bodybuilder you only focus on looks and not as much on real strenght, flexibility, speed and endurance. Those are the things I always aim for! Though, I did gain 10kg of muscle last year.
Man.. U got a bad posture. I suggest u focus on that. And also your neck is going too much front. Your neck should be more backwards. I say this as a massager who understands human anatomy and not someone who wants to make u feel bad with a ignorant comment. But about the video. Really nice man. Love it. Peace.
@jlvi13 Good if u havnt had problems with it but later u might if u dont change it ;) Then its alot harder again to change it :) And i say this based on personal experience on the subject :D Peace.
@Sheikkailija Yesterday I just came to think of it that I have had a medical test for a sports education. I passed the test and there wasn't anything wrong with my posture. When I watched back the video and focussed more on it I simply noticed I was leaning forward. This might be because I was talking in the camera, I don't know, but I'm not sure if you were correct about the posture :)
@wyarp Never, just came up with it when I was working out. I do know they work well though. I have used them just for this video, but I'm a 100% sure that this will benefit everyone who uses the routine. I personally use weights and regular bodyweight exercises.
