Also, it's misleading to say the God of the Old Testament is vengeful. He's the same merciful God who sent Jesus...but those who harmed Israel or endanged David's line had to be dealt with severly, since that was the line that would eventually give birth to The Messiah.

It is not misleading at all. Jesus and disciples completely overhauled the idea of God. YHWH is one to be feared and respected, and in return, He will shelter his chosen ones and smite their enemies. Look at the book of Exodus, where He slays all the firstborns of Egypt, and then commands the death of those who'd worshiped the Golden Calf. Or the 42 children killed for making fun of Elisha's baldness.

The album was supposed to be released in July 7, 2007, but was postponed due to Clayton's esophageal cancer called Barrett's Esophagus which was diagnosed in 2004 but eventually got worse.[
