I have an rx-8 2004 but I see to many people having problems with their engines. Any recommendations? I'll really appreciate

The 2004 Rx-8 - 2007 I believe had a recall on their engines and Mazda is paying for the new engine to all owners of rx-8s do more research on it.

hhhhmmmmm 8500 dump sounds like suicide for ur clutch when i race my 8 i only dump around 4k to 4300, but whatever its ur clutch not mine

it would of been a 9500 dump or what ever the rev that the light comes on this being a test car from local car dealer i did not care if it blew up wish i would of knew of the shift light at like 9500 or when ever it came on

If you press and hold the traction control button and turn off the traction control, and then press and hold it for 30 seconds it will turn off the traction control system completely, then you can rev it as much as you want and even have a better burn out. :)

looks like DSC was already off (maybe not fully disabled) but looked off from experience (rx8 owner here)

yea it was off but i only took it to 8500 was not aware 9500 was the better range to be after i came back i relized it when the shift light came on ....me im a mustang guy check out my other vids but this rx8 was just a car lots we got it for the day to beat it

yea if i remember it was in the speedo or tach gauge pod it was a small yellow light like real small came on around the 9500 area or so
