this 'psychic surgery' stuff was debunked by James Randi in the 70's. when you see the guy sticking his fingers into someones tummy, and blocking the view of the entrance of his hand wth his other hand, it is 100 percent fakery, plain and simple. these guys are soul-less and pray on the hopes of the sick.
@halfhigh Now, i'm very curious what statement you felt you needed to retract (lol) And you're absolutely right, the new shit is simply cool (lol) Thank you foer the response. I had no idea that i would get a response to my comments. Anyway, yeah, not hating on people on people at all. Waaay too much energy exerted to do that. But just breaking down the simple components of life and where people's focus are these nowadays are just interesting to me.
anyway, wanted to share my thoughts. I simply know that's it's human nature to defy what "we" don't understand. Unfortunately, that leaves us with a forced singular conception on life. Sort of like man saying "I'm the only living species in the universe". Get over yourself...Man. A closed mind will only prove your ignorance in the long run. I guess getting the new Ipad, buying a house, new car, or job promotion justifies some people's existence. Sad...you're missing on life and only blending in
@keemstr1 Im liking this shamantic healing because it makes me feel better :) in a creepy way. Getting a new Ipad buying a house, new car and a job promtion is just cool. It sure as shit beats my position I had as store-clerk ( I only worked at the store for around 2 years I cant imagine having to spend my whole life there). I agree with you though. You just made it seem like you were hating on people trying to make their lives more comfortable ;)
someone, whom i'm very close to, is going through some sort of a healing process based on the Shaman healing process. I've always been open-minded but, as i've been told by many, have played "devil's advocate" as well. Thus skepticism. If i see the proof in the end results, then who the hell am i to shake the finger and call bullshit? The Bible is the easiest book to debate because they're stories. But when you can actually provide proof of some alternative spiritual healing, it's fought against
wow...So I'm noticing that people's comments are a true reflection of where the beliefs or faith leads them. It's funny, the more doubt one has, the more proof they feel they need to provide. I see that that is a normal, humanistic nature thing to do. As well as the simple reaction of fearing the unknown. Trying to apply logic to something that defies it is never going to meet with a truce, but only reveal where one's character and beliefs lies. Skeptic and naivety can sometimes misguide you.
if the belly is a great source of healing and power, all people especially women who when ready to do so will birth children later in their life, should bask in the sun with their belly and navel exposed to receive warmth and light from the sun. the sun has many healing powers and improves longevity and a healthy life with much less stress and cholesterol and health problems.
the "healer" is a scam artist. this trick is being done all over the undeveloped nations of the world. the "worm" he pulls from your body is a piece of bacon fat, which he grabs from the water bowl, coupled with a blood packet/berry dye which acts as the "blood".
@BARPOBARPO no chance, not in this documentary, notice he heals with open fingers, where the heck is he going to hide this "Supposed" bag or packet you talk about?
check out the slight of hand move at 4:55. this is simelar to whats called "palming" a coin. an object in one hand is dropped into place for the other to grab, or out of view for the audience.
in this case, the "healers" left hand (appears on the right) holds the item, the supposed sickness cause, and drops it in place for the right hand (appears on left) to grab. you can clearly see the item resting on the stomach of the atient. its fake.
@CyberDragonZero i re looked this video, and the answer is no, he purposely does it, with open fingers and notice his thumbs are not clenched, if he had a packet of dye, it would have fell off his palm.
@kalai131 You acn hear the damn baggy pop at the start when he touches the person. And you do not need your "thumb" to palm. Its easily done without the thumb.

listen to the commentry - he's not pretending that he's really physically operating, it's symbolic of what he is doing mentally and spiritually
