I recommend to create a partition C: only for Windows and programs (about 40-50GB for W7 x64). store your data and important stuff on a second bigger partition. In case of a system crash now you can make a clean format/installation without loosing your data. But please not like the girl in the Video ;-)

If you saw a little over 56,983,601,152 bytes used, you would cry :(, I basically was 97% full I was like holy hell, till I freed disk space using this, only freed maybe 13million bytes, but it was enough to relief on, thanks for the upload xD
