I loved how they kept using phrases like "the left" and saying it was "liberals" who were making this movie. Could it not be someone who's is not a political ideologue, but simply notices that there are some people who get rich by screwing people over and decide to make that kind of person a bad guy. Yes, they could have made the villain a homeless bum, but that wouldn't have been much of a threat.
