Its the Ruins of Alph. But where Cynthia was is at Shinto Ruins(sp?). You can only unlock it by getting the Arceus from the movie event (japan). same goes for the pichu

i thought that i saw something about taking arceus to the ruins of alph and a new passage opening. but i think that it has to be one obtained from a nintendo event and not hacked.

i kind of dislike that they are kind of bringing some aspect of the Sinnoh story line to johto. gold and silver, in my opinion, run laps around the latest generation in every aspect. there's no need to clutter the content with most of the sinnoh shit. no offense.
