I'll bet money that opening page of Batman and Robin with Bats yelling out "BATMAN AND ROBIN LIVE!!!" is actually Dick as Bats.

I'm a HUGE Aquaman fan and have pretty much every appearance hes made since 83!

Rumor has it that some awesome creator is getting an Aquaman series, so keep your fingers crossed!

Personally I loved the last series between the beginning when he was shirtless and the end crap when he was "Arthur".

The moment in Sub-Diego when he lifted the city block was money in the bank!

I LOVE that series too. It felt like a fantasy/superhero thing, and I'm a big fan of that.

And a new series would be kick ass!

I did enjoy the issues that were written by Buseik.

But it didn't feel like an Aquaman book to me, and I think they shoulda just made some new character rather than give us a new Aquaman.

When Buseik left the book it really turned to poop IMO.

Hey, Hartley! Question: What the heck happened to that other "WildC.A.T.S" series from, i dunno, almost a year ago, that was being written by Grant Morrison & drawn by Jim Lee? I was psyched for a new 'CAT's series but then there was no issue #2. What happened???

I think it would work as a short term sorta event, say maybe 6 months or so.

2 of them never saw print (and were never finished blast it!) and the other (the Shifter) was in a local magazine called the Grind!

Seriously though I'm not exactly the guy to ask what with a writing career that went nowhere.

Theres plenty of writing advice out there. try typing "writing for comics" into google and see what you get!

Morrisons story is using as much from Batmans history that its really the exact opposite of OMD.

OMD altered continuity where RIP is bringing back elements of Bats history that have been had no relevance to his current continuity.

I can't image whatever change they make will be anything close to permanent.

Its happened once already like I said when Bats gave the mantle to Azreal during the Knightsfall era and then to Dick for the Prodigy story arc.

I'd like to think that fandom would understand its a temporary thing!
