I also have SebDerm and I work out every day, so It's hard to clear out the flakes from my locks. You have to stop the dandruff from producing. Go to the dermatologist and ask for KETOCONAZOLE 2% shampoo.
The way it works is, it will actually bond with your scalp and kill the bacteria/yeast that causes dandruff.
Or you can try NIZORAL if you can't get to the dermatologist. It's just a weaker version.
@ginufine3011 nope, not a cure at all! And you wont' be able to go longer w/out seeing flakes. This is just a good way to get rid of buildup and flakes imbedded in your locs. But someone inboxed me about some medication they used which got rid of their SB!! I'll be posting a video w/my experience soon!

I have seborrheic dermatitis too and I'm gonna try this method, it's so annoying trying to get the flakes out. Thanks for the video!
