All I can say is what I have seen myself, I have a 5.7 Ram Quad cab an I have beat stock Tundras. I don't think this one is stock and or that was an RT Charger. The guy had an SRT8 badge on the car, I hope he didn't just throw that own there....wish I would've taken a closer look at his engine now. Then again you don't see many R/Ts trappin 104mph in the quarter, if it was the 5.7 hemi then it wasn't stock.
A srt8 would of ran a low 13 at over 108mph so yeah just a modded rt.
