The front pipes are the "Flautado de 6." The stoplist is given by BnZunni in the "more info" dscription above, in English and Spanish. The IOHIO web site, also in the description, has more information and pictures, including other organs with faces on the pipes.
Thank you for your visit and comment. Indeed, this Organ was fully restored to its old glory, the piece you hear in the background was played in it, as part of a CD made by the French Organist Dominique Ferran. I'm still trying to match my visits with a concert that is regularly offered, and I'll post the material as soon as It becomes available. Greetings. ♪♫
To add to what BnZunni replied: you can see the old bellows with the long handle to the right side of the organ in the photos in the video. This is still operational, but there is also an electric blower as an alternative wind supply.

You have rewarded us all by posting this work of art, both the music and the photos of the organ case and church. I have followed IOHIO for several years, and their work is truly saving musical treasures for us all. Thank you for your post.
Thank you very much for your comment !! It motivates me to keep bringing some more articles and videos featuring the cultural attractions of this region. I delayed my response because I was in Oaxaca. Thank you again. Regards !!
Excellent music and photos of the Tlacochahuaya organ! And thank you for including accurate and helpful information. Your organ videos are a worthy addition to your channel featuring the sounds and culture of this Zapotec village. Viva Oaxaca!

Another question! Please, where can I find the stop specification?
Are the front pipes with the faces (I've NEVER seen anything to match that little conceit) speaking pipes?
What a wondeful instrument, tonally and visually!
