My god, what an idiot. She couldnt answer one strait question. She is in charge, and has no idea what it is she should be doing. The news guy was better informed than she was, and seemed more competent to do her job. Its just now dawning on her to review the system. The plane was very close to being blown up, and the passengers were the ones that saved the plane. Government incompetence at its finest.

Napolitano said that the 'terrorist' are Americans who are on the right, Christians, or returning service men ... so ... why look for an African, trained by Al Quada in Yemen to blow up a passenger jet coming into the US?
