  • Why fish when you can use a pokeball?

  • @RosieWolf59210 lol good 1

  • haha this dude keeps stuttering while he's thinkin what to say !

  • When i catch a fish i get really excited :D

  • Thanks for the tips. I'm sure to catch a fish now!!! :]

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH dus has been sooooooo helpful

  • Jesus Christ..... I can't believe what I just saw. How to catch a fish???? seriously???? why don't you just make a video named How to pick up a glass of milk and see if you can explain that for 3 minutes.

  • @theRAMowns Well no, I wanted something to show my father in law, as he doesn't listen to me and the basics, such as don't try to reel it in...

  • like and ill subscribe to u all i ask is for likes

  • great video, thanks for posting

  • helped alot thnx

  • Its going to be 90 in Illinois tomorrow!! Can't wait to go fishing!!!

  • he is simply teaching the basics of fishing, not how to do advanced techniques. everyone who says he is a dumb ass, stop talking about yourselves.

  • great video thank you for making it

  • nice

  • fckin gay shit....hes a dumbass

  • @jaywack11 fuk of you hater

  • best expertvillage video i have ever seen

  • thumbs up if you had a flying mexican in a superman costume

  • my pole starts to pull and i always lift it slowly and the pole goes back to normal.thank you for the tip to let him bite then yank. this was a great help

  • Or you can just throw a stick of dynamite attached to a heavy rock into the lake.

  • upon casting the line on the rod....do u need to like let loose a few inches of the line before casting or do u reel in the line till the weight catches the head of the rod then cast?

  • justin bieber catches fish with his fugly

  • skip the ads 0:01

  • Besides the change in the layout...i want to start fishing...i live in a beach but i really don't know what kind of rod i should get or the reel. I had my eyes on a 7 footer Shimano...quick action for heavy bait i believe. Actually i just like it because it's pretty because i know SHIT about fishing.

Anybody cares to give advice on this? What should i look for my first rod and i'll be fishing at seashore mostly.

  • @thehornypuppy Best thing you can do is go to a fishing shop and ask them. They're going to explain what you need and try to sell you something expensive so out of the rods they show you go for the middle range price.

  • @masterknaster Oh so i wasn't going in the bad direction for starters... xD Thank you

  • Yet another fucking change in youtube's layout...fuck.

  • not always do you have to hold your rod high while fishings for tarpon you have point at them when they jump or the hook will come out

  • catch and release- either ur catching the fish for.....i dont honestly know what the hell for (vegiterian??)

OR ur releasing the fish because its not what u want (species/too small)

  • GOD DAMN ALASKA FISHING COMMERCIAL

  • yesterday i went fishing 4 da first time of ma life :D

i catch just 1 :D it was so awesome

  • practice catch and release !! :O

  • @Xiaodhanan i hate guys like you!!! why release it??? i fished 13 times 6-10 hours every time and never got a fish and to hear somebody that realease the fish... i don't know what to do

  • @Petegrin1 i would start by learning how to fish. if you havent caught a fish and have spent over 70 hours fishing, you're doing something extremely wrong. Probably doing everything completely wrong to be honest. Even little kids catch fish bro

  • @Petegrin1 ok when people say catch and release, they mean when they're just fishing for fun, not for food. take it easy now tough guy

  • i smash a rock against my fishes head to put it down

  • thanks

  • i catch crayfish and i bet threres like 100 crayfish right behind you with all those rocks...i prefer crayfish taste over the fish :D

  • I usually just throw some dynamite into the lake and that does the job :))

  • @TheTranslated hey me too haha i thought i was the only one who does that

  • @smallblocksupercharg another one is sticking a huge mosquito zapper down into the lake but I think that might not just kill the fish....

  • Thanks for posting! Im a beginner so Im kinda learning as I go. I wish I would have saw this vid before the monster popped my line! Big mistake I made was continually reeling it in when i heard the dragging sound and then it popped. lol What can I say I am a beginner and it was my first big bite... I got excited. Well anyway, thanks again for sharing!

  • @sirtubemaster lol hell yeah..

  • @sirtubemaster yes he really looks like bruce willis but maybe because of the hat

  • shit, id like you to tell me where your best fishing was in MO.. since i have lived here i only caught like 15 fish in total..

  • i don't think this guy knows how to fish

  • only thing that I got out of that was the "Seting the Hook" which helped me out alot!

  • anyone sub me ?

  • He is still not catch a single fish, how would he teahes us to catch fish. Let you go first to cath fish practically not theorticly.

  • Kind of simple guide, surely every fisherman should realize these things by themselves without a guide. The hard part is to get the fish to bite the hook though

  • he nose how to fish xraidedlok ur a ass hole

  • wtf? he tells us not to put the rod down but yet he tells us to do it...

  • yesterday i caught a carp and it almost pulled in my pole! my cousin caught a tiny fish and she didnt even know until she reeled it in to leave. lol

  • i fish atleast three times a week.... i try every bait every lure evry spinner. and i still catch nothing

  • fishin in the wrong pond there bud.

  • no i fish all over the country

  • i suppose there is something called bad luck then...

  • where are you from

  • California. My best fishing was in Missouri or Pennsylvania.

  • its a rod not a pole

  • often when i try to keep tension, the fish fights it and just ends up swimming in my direction.

  • love fishing but dont allwas have tenison on the fish becuse if you do you could brack your pole but ya i have ben fishing my hole life fun but the bigwons you uselly want some temion on the line

  • wow thanks man i realy suck at fishing but yeah now i feel like i can ceatch any fish thanks

  • if i had any tips it would be be patient, dont be too anxious. make sure you never have slack. your a beginner so you should be using a bobber, when it go's under, set the hook... keep your pole high and reel in. sometimes when you try setting the hook it will come loose .. it is okay just wait for the fish to hit it again if it doesnt reel in and try it again.

  • what's the best bait for pond bass?

  • I dunno worms mabe but don't count on me I'm 13 and today was my first day fishing

  • Shaky heads, chigger craws and if you want to spend the money use a rattle trap or crank bait but they cos t about 6 dollars for one

  • whole worms

  • try topwaters..around the banks is good but theyl hit anywhere

  • i would say shiners cuz i was fishing yesterday and caught like 6 bass with shiners

  • i would use a small topwater lure like a zara puppy,or a weedless fromg lure, but if you want natural bait use say, not stuff that like worms because brim will get those too, use larger grasshoppers to keep brim away and you could catch some nice bass with a live lizard hooked through the lips or a smallish frog if you can catch one, hooked through the lips just like the lizard

  • well it depends for smaller fish use meal worm, worms, and small baits. For bigger fish you might want to use frogs, other fish.

those were only live bait there is also artificial usually more fun, bigs ones are usually caught on swimbaits while other smaller ones on jerkbaits, crankbaits, and plastics

    TIGHT LINES

  • spinerbait or worms

  • dynamite

  • tnx

  • @Kaze01993 dude that is nothing about fishing

  • if you dont know how to catcha fish you are a dumbass

  • i get where you are coming from man and i agree with you but the words you use make you seem like a uneducated redneck!!

  • lol ya the funny thing is that I am Italian/Irish. But it's cool man. =]

  • lol right xD

  • shut up little boy you probably catch little bitch fish thats why

  • once the buzz thing happend and i tighend therod and got too pull it in :)

  • i kill the fish or make shr its dead with a knife 2 the neck

  • you can also know when to set the hook when your line tightens. works best in ponds

  • when you catch a fish, do you clean it while its still alive or do you wait till it dies?

  • My fish are always dead by the time I get them home to clean them.

  • @davethefifth If yuou want them alive, but them in the bag and bag put in the water so fish can get water but they cant get out of there.

  • you can skin the fish any time youtube has some good vids on how to skin a fish its pretty easy

  • you dont clean the fish alive :O! you kill it first! Think about it this way...itll taste the same alive or dead but the humane thing to do is kill it first so it doesnt feel the pain...

  • @Cluescrol actually with alot of fish and specifically the trout, if you let it die and take a while to clean it the meat will loose its quality from either absorbing water or being not as fresh, so honestly just grow some balls stop worrying about the mental state of a fish you are going to eat and clean it alive

  • @Cluescrol u play runmescape?

  • @Cluescrol fish dont feel pain, it's a proven fact.

  • @Cluescrol Fish lack the part of their brain the allows them to feel pain. Read about it.

  • Im no expert at fishing but you should smack its head of a rock or hit it with the bat then that will kill it instintly

    i hope this helps ' ' )

  • You can also kill the fish with a stab to its neck.

  • god i dont know why but that looks like one of the rivers me and my dad fished in when we went to grayeagle

  • YES MY FIRST 1000th VIEWER

  • sweet thank you im big on fishing could you help me.what colour lure would i use in a canal.

  • i would use a live bait because the fish are probably saltwater because eat fish like anchovies

  • color does not matter. really. the fish dont care. its all about the existing conditions and presentation. if you present the lure in front of the fish, in a totaly natural way, that blends with the environment, then the fish will take it. color doesnt matter. but- i believe shades do matter. example: clear low water means barker shades. tarnished brass, and black work excellent in low and clear rivers. in cloudy, higher and colder water, i like big flashy silver, to entice the fish into biting.

  • "barker" should be "darker". sorry...

  • i disagree...if it is darker conditions, natural bait fish there will be dark for camo protection. so what you are trying to do is copy a baitfish in that area. darker waters you should have darker baits, because the fish are darker there so they can blend in. in clear waters you want lighter color baits, because the baitfish there are light color to blend in with the clear water. if a color really stands out in a spot, it means its unnatural, and the goal of a lure is to give a natural look.

  • yeah i agree with you as well. BUT i still stand by what i commented. at least here on the west coast. i get the whole blending in and looking natural. but for some reason when the water drops and becomes clear, black and tarnished brass is the way to go. at least thats what ive noticed. espesially with hardware such as spinners and spoons. and going small helps a bunch as well. usually nothing bigger the #2's and #3's. when the rivers are high and cloudy, we go with big and silver, or hot pink.
