A son and a brother of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) are accused in two lawsuits of defrauding a former business partner and an investor of millions of dollars in a hedge fund deal that went sour, court records show.

At the MSNBC, Joe Biden was give exactly 6 minutes to speak and he raked the other candidates in that short amount of time. God only knows what he could do given equal time. I believe the others are afraid to come up against Joe Biden. There are a lot of comments from the others during the debate about "Joe is right." Think about it, he is not given equal time and it is not because he has a rep about speaking too much, it's what he has to say that scares 'em.
