I guess Pink Ranger could do it since Pterodactyl Zord isn't used in the Mega Dragon Zord's formation-- but that's clearly not the case since she's still in the cockpit along side everyone else. Clearly, someone screwed up.
They said the T-Rex had a remote control too(why they were able to form Megazord one episode without Jason) But really it's more that in Sentai the zords could control themselfs.
Which Zord were they inside when it switched to DragonZord in Battlemode? Were they all in the T-Rex? They were all in the same zord and T-Rex doesn't have an external control like Dragonzord has the flute.
Goldar's costume got three changes overall first due to the prostetic moutpiece not moving properly. Though I'm unsure as to why a third was made (the one where his neck looks more bloated)

On a side-note, Elgar's Terrorzord nearly had the Rangers. But through in Lord Zedd's Serpentara (fully charged, that is) and you've got a "Legacy" to contend with.
The Cyclopsis battles made the Genesis MMPR game a classic to this day. Same could be said for lots of Ranger games back then. How could I not add in this clip of all??
