The move is one that I told about. One means among others to get out of this mess is to implement a degressive tax system starting to 2 per cent for the higher bracket (richest people) down to 70pc on the poorest.
Of course, the 70 pc should not be reached directly but through different cumulations: cutting down services while increasing the charges is part of this and it is fine.

Lets hope the stimulus helps for a couple more months , people need to definately use all resources , human and emergency related items, the next couple years are gonna make us true survivalists and hopefully we will all become alot smarter and hope that the world learns a huge lesson from this implosion.
