Children who have been stolen by the system are 17x more likely to be victims of sexual assault, 10 times more likely to be victims of abuse, & 15 times more likely to be victims of severe neglect.

I was in 7th grade, and I was *THIS* close to asking a girl out. Then surprise, surprise, CPS comes in and takes me to a foster home. Why? Because they felt my home wasnt safe. Well thats the thing they aren't cops its social workers who do the reports, ect. a judge will hear the case, but its not a police matter. Its an agency's issue and they operate by their own rules regulations not by legal precedents or due process of law.

No ...the cops did not take her from school CPS DID! the cops were helping me look for her, she never came off the bus at 3 pm so i called the school and told them my daughter was not on the bus is she there? they swore up and down she went on the bus, so i called th cops and we were looking for her, now CPS took her from school at 1pm and never told me untill 7 pm at night, the cop were pissed at them for not informing them or me.
so when i called the school the administator did not know what was going on, i believe they were testing me to see how i reacted...to see if i even did anything when she was not on the bus, they wanted me to freak out at them (which i did) so they could say i was unstable and had anger manegment problems! i was frantic thinking she was with some kidnapper

Here in the UK, it's just as worse. My parent's are currently involved with them, because our house is slightly disorganized. A few boxes, here and there, nothing in the way of doors or stairs, but according to the CPS, my little sister is at risk, and my parents are abusers. I think its wrong for you guys to trash cps. cps is only trying to prevent children to get abused and killed. Im not saying that they are all good. some people take advantage, but not everyone. God, you are so right. Check this out. In Newport, Oregon (in front of Fred Meyer's) a youngster ran accross the street to a car and almost got hit by another car. The Dad ran after him and spanked him on the butt. Newport Police Department arrested the man. We will be leaving this city (not because of this) because it is swarming with people who will call CPS or the police with allegations. The Dad was arrested for teaching his son a lesson. I will be glad when we sell our house and move.

I was in 7th grade, and I was *THIS* close to asking a girl out. Then surprise, surprise, CPS comes in and takes me to a foster home. Why? Because they felt my home wasnt safe. It had a Blaring alarm system incase anyone broke in, we all had baseball bats in our room, and switched all the locks on the doors. YOU THINK THAT ISNT SAFE!! CPS CAN GO FUCK THEMSELVES!!

I have her picture she said it was a 8 my husband questioned that and 2there reply was so fast and fuzzy that we couldnt understand them. Now i am a licensed CNA and i know enough about child birth from the videos i watch and from the things i studied that a four dilation cannot go to an 8 dilation in htat amount of time, and also know a woman's uterus cannot open that quickly and they proceeded without asking us on the induction

Everything was going as planned until they started whispering to one another we where there waiting to see if the dilation was sufficient to give birth !

mY DAUGHTER SPIT IN MY FACE 8 YEARS AGO i soanked her in the bum easy and she told her friend the next dau in school the teacher over heard, they took her from school with out telling me untill 7 pm, the cops were out looking for her i was crying, well i freaked out at them and they said i have anger managment problems (i think anyone would yell at them for kidnapping them, 8 years later i still cant have custody, i have no record no drugs, i got no warning they are nazi's!

Well thats the thing they aren't cops its social workers who do the reports, ect. a judge will hear the case, but its not a police matter. Its an agency's issue and they operate by their own rules regulations not by legal precedents or due process of law.

No ...the cops did not take her from school CPS DID! the cops were helping me look for her, she never came off the bus at 3 pm so i called the school and told them my daughter was not on the bus is she there? they swore up and down she went on the bus, so i called th cops and we were looking for her, now CPS took her from school at 1pm and never told me untill 7 pm at night, the cop were pissed at them for not informing them or me.

so when i called the school the administator did not know what was going on, i believe they were testing me to see how i reacted...to see if i even did anything when she was not on the bus, they wanted me to freak out at them (which i did) so they could say i was unstable and had anger manegment problems! i was frantic thinking she was with some kidnapper

i live in nj and have heard horror story's since i was a child. we've had workers accused of raping kids, and one convicted of literally kidnapping a child from the foster home they were in. i would like to do something to stop cps and dyfs workers. but my question is, what should we do?

I know it's now worldwide what is happening with the Rifqa Bary case where Ohio CPS are denying her, a 17-yr-old any rights at all.... Ohio is sick. Where are the churches speaking up about this? Should be on all the news channels by now.
In Texas there are 400 cps agents with criminal histories, and some judges, cops, lawyers all fear steping in to fight the corruption -- or just simply prefer the bribery money....you know, they have families to feed, (so they say). Sick.

Here in the UK, it's just as worse. My parent's are currently involved with them, because our house is slightly disorganized. A few boxes, here and there, nothing in the way of doors or stairs, but according to the CPS, my little sister is at risk, and my parents are abusers. The worker has repeatedly broken laws, accusing my parents to their faces, showing up without a warrant, bringing a police officer to intimidate my parents. Every single worker is corrupt to some degree.

I think its wrong for you guys to trash cps. cps is only trying to prevent children to get abused and killed. Im not saying that they are all good. some people take advantage, but not everyone. I am currently studying to become a CPS worker and sometime it makes me sad that some people take advantage of their job to take away kids from good parents while some other kids are really getting beaten and abused by their parents. All im saying is dont trash on CPS they are just trying to do their jobs

Can you believe that the US paid the United Nations $906 million as a late YEARLY due (plus interest)? Seeing how we pay 23% of the UN's operating costs EACH YEAR is poposterous. Fun tip: Police (and all gov't officials) are required to take an oath of office upholding the Constitution. Violating that oath negates their office. Any judge, police officer, senator, president, mayor, member of the military, etc. that violates the Constitution immediately ceases to hold that office, and in most states is a felon. The U.S. Currently has maybe five or six legal Senate/House members, a few thousand police, and has not had a president in nearly a century.

Here is what concerns me and should concern parents. President Clinton signed onto the United Nations Rights of the Child. It grants States more authority to the States over our children than parents. Sen. Barbara Boxer is pushing for a vote to have it Ratified now that Obama is in office. VP Joe Biden was the first person to grant funding to CPS. I have to wonder if any of these people gave our "Constitution" any thought whatsoever. US pays 23% of the UN's Operating costs each year, too.

Parents being replaced by teachers, programs and institutions. Everything that you believed was once yours can be seized by Gov't. They are not your friend. A simple allegation is all that is needed to make you public enemy #1. Keep your children close. They will need you as you need them in these dark and troublesome times.

God, you are so right. Check this out. In Newport, Oregon (in front of Fred Meyer's) a youngster ran accross the street to a car and almost got hit by another car. The Dad ran after him and spanked him on the butt. Newport Police Department arrested the man. We will be leaving this city (not because of this) because it is swarming with people who will call CPS or the police with allegations. The Dad was arrested for teaching his son a lesson. I will be glad when we sell our house and move.

. I knew someone who had a kid throw a tantrum in Safeway grocery store. After the kid would not heed warning, the father took the kid outside and gave the kid a spanking.
(Which is what most of us WANT to see a parent do to a unruly kid!)
Someone called the Police.
This started the episodes with CPS.
CPS finally took away their kids who I later saw living in foster care in another family I knew in that small town.

Life is pretty much easier for CPS now. They have these high tech computers and phones while they create cases, reports and investigations. They are connected with the police and courts and doctors. All they do is sit by the phone and wait for an allegation. All it takes is a neighbor, passerby or someone that just doesn't like you.

Bizziboy: I grew up in foster homes. Its why I suffer emotional problams. Trying to make up for time lost with my Mom and Dad. However, my Mom was stabbed to death before I could ever give her that big hug. Thanks to the courts I will never get that love again. The system broke my Father down. He still prevailed and has 5 acres on the river. I see him now and than. My parents did everything possible to keep us together. The "Ponzi Schemers" and courts made sure they failed.

On top of that IF A PARENT WERE TO TELL A CHILD/OR MY CHILD THIS VERY SAME THING YOU would be investigated by Child Protective Services. As a parent who do I call (without jeopardizing myself or child) and/or report this too? Double standards. One for the schools and another for parents. I can find a justifiable argument to almost anything, but the question is is it worth it? Can a teacher be reprimanded for saying this to a child in a public school? Schools and CPS are connected.

The State has NO authority to kidnap children. Ms. Robert's had 4 stolen from her. 4 x $85K = $340,000 from the Fed gov to CPS!!! And you KNOW the judge in her case got a KICKBACK from CPS! If CPS confronts you, tell them you will not waive your 4th, or 5th Amendments. CPS is BOUND by law, and cannot violate it. Wear a visible sidearm, but DON'T brandish it unless one of them pulls their weapon first. More than likely they won't confront an armed citizen.

I know your already not allowed to have weapons within reach of children. Which sucks though,cus my 12 yr old wants to hunt with his bow and arrow. when cps came over, we had t ohide his BB gun because they said it couldn't be within his reach. Is HIS , he is VERY responsible , anyway we just hid it and said it was no longer there.

@carlismycoolcat: What state/country do you live in? On your own property you should be able to carry a howitzer around the house with you if you wanted, kids or no kids. I live in a state that has Open Carry laws. We carry holstered weapons anywhere we want. How could CPS abrogate the 2nd Amendment? Fact is, they CAN'T. They'll lie to you, and tell you that their "policy" prohibits firearms, or some "court" somewhere says the 2nd Amendment doesn't apply to you, but this is false. Check into it

Are you sure of this? If they were practicing 100 years ago, they certainly weren't behaving then as they are now. I would imagine they would have been humane about their business, and truly cared about children. The racketeers in CPS today are criminals of the worst kind. More troubling, they've convinced themselves that they are somehow honest, and noble, which couldn't be further from the truth.
